Don’t make me hear that speech again!!!

Well, mama is even more convinced that Mr. N has to be ousted in Israel. He is a war-monger in mama’s eyes and would just as soon see Iran disappear along with all of the Palestinians following behind. He’s like an Indian on the war path…”YAHOO, YAHOO!”

What on earth does this man think he is accomplishing in the Middle East with his radical views on the countries of that area? Even Mr. Obama seemed bored with the same old same old from Mr. N. One could imagine that a man in his position would have a bit more empathy with his people, his neighbors (whether he likes them or not), and certainly to have a deeper understanding of just what is needed for Israel and the Palestinians, not to mention his relationship with Iran. If there is one.

Mama says that she has friends who feel the same way he does, but she also has friends who do NOT. We are talking about Jewish friends here. There have been some rousing evenings around the table in Los Angeles years ago at which these same (old) issues were discussed with great heat and ideas ricocheted around the room, many of them bumping hard against each other as opinions surfaced.

Well, mama’s good friend, Anne (owner of darling Mya—one of my doggy friends who sleeps in the same spot as I do with her anthros!) sent mama a really nice video of The Holocaust Surviver Band, which caught mama’s attention.

I think today I’ll just slip this in to look at and make everyone feel glad that two men like this survived what they did long ago.
