That guy FIXED IT?  WOW! Well, after long weeks of not being able to access certain areas of Photoshop Elements 18, mama spent TWO HOURS with a man on the phone from India and he solved all the problems.  Mama was about to cry after that ordeal, but haha, now she can make videos of ME and learn how to edit, whatever that is.
