                  Well, around here, a (rare!) tomato means salsa with onions, chilis, garlic, fresh coriander, lemon juice, a touch of vinegar (optional) and of course nice ripe tomatoes, all whizzed up into a spicy sauce for dipping tortillitas!  Whatever they are… A great recipe from my Auntie...
