WHAT’S THAT? WE’RE GOING WHERE? IN MY TRAVELING APARTMENT (better known as CAGE)?
Okay, okay, it’s comfortable enough and it’s only for one hour to the WOO WOO MONSTER! And then the next day, only two hours to HOME, SWEET HOME, wherever that is.
They tell me MY garden is awaiting my illustrious presence. You don’t have to remind me, dudes, since I have been cooped up in this place with NO outdoors for over two months and frankly, I’ve gone stir crazy, whatever that is. I think it means I stir around a lot and make everyone else crazy.
So off we go, over the bounding main, which, unfortunately, means ‘high sea’, but maybe we’ll be lucky. Mama has some gum to chew if she gets woozy and as for me, mama sidled over this morning while I was minding my own business and starting scratching between my ears and I am SURE she was NOT scratching with her fingers, but what the heck. It felt good, and I’m supposed to feel even better after whatever it was she put on my skin starts working. It’s called BEAPHAR and is made from valerian, a gentle herb for relaxation.
Ho, ho, we’ll see about THAT!
Will keep you posted, haha.
Hey, that is GOOOOD stuff! Maybe I should rub it between MAMA’S ears, haha.
Bon Courage – but by now, hopefully you are home and making your terrifying presence known. I know, it’s just an act – we all have to do a bit of theatrics now and then to keep the anthros – and the pigeons – on their toes. Just hope the Bounding Main didn’t do a lot of bounding – but that scratchy thingy behind the ears sounds cool. Let me know how you arrived. We leave with Tata Maria in about an hour for Antibes. I don’t understand why – it’s FREEZING here!! Anthros have strange habits. Just give us a garden and good food, lotsa love – and voila. Life is good.
Hey, it’s warm and beautiful here and boy, am I GLAD to be back. Had my garden walk, checked out a few neighbors, ate my food and crashed. Life is good.
Does it really help you relax? I need something for my Sammy, he could use some calming lately. XO
Yes, it really does. BEAPHAR for kitties or doggies. It sort of makes you look a bit dumb, but you worry a bit less at the first.
Enjoy the trip as best you can, Loulou. You will soon be home. Your posts sounded like you all had a great time.
THEY had a great time. I sat on the couch and missed my garden, but mama did twice a day playtime and there was always the NIP CIGAR, haha.

If you haven’t seen this please think of it as a New Year’s gift !
THANK you for that lovely gift. Will put a link into today’s post. GRAZIE. Very moving…
Wow – that would be great if it helped you. (But I googled “beaphar” and it appears to be the name of the company that sells the product. I don’t think it’s available in the US, more’s the pity.)
Oh, Mary, maybe google calmantes for kitties, or doggies. I know there is a similar product in the USA. Will try to find it for you.
