Actually, I’m not going anywhere right away, but mama remembered that line that came from Groucho Marx and it’s the only thing she could remember that has ‘hello’ in it and so on and so forth so voila’. Sometimes we scrape the bottom of the barrel around here for a blog idea, haha.
BUT, I really must be going soon after first mentioning that over 25 hours of research have been spent on a survey of which kitty foods are best for what purpose and so I am putting in a link today to the website We Are All About Cats, with this very timely information.
Sometimes we kitties eat some strange things, however. Today, mama gave me a taste of some cooked plain shrimp and I went bonkers. But a little nibble of sea scallop and I could have cared less. The phone book would have tasted better, haha.
We kitties are so…well…adaptable, changeable, durable, versatile, and don’t forget, loveable. Oh, and temperamental, forgot that one.
That’s why I really must snooze in this AWFUL RAINY COLD weather that sneaked in last night and upset our apple cart, whatever that means. We don’t even have a cart much less one with apples in it. It think mama is saying that our spring planting was a bust, thanks to this rain and cold. All those poor little seeds being washed away…
Plus she can’t make her pepper jelly in this weather, no way, Jose. ARGGGGGGH.
SO, one does what one knows is the best solution to almost everything.
We need to get the mom to give us some shrimp. It sounds tasty!
Shrimp is wonderful. Are wonderful? Hey, it’s early morning and my grammer’s not up yet. Grammar?
LouLou I LOVE that you love shrimp! Do you believe the only fish that Cody SORT of likes is salmon? He’s so strange!
Well, I get into some weird seafood when THEY have it. Loup de mer (sea bass), a bite of baby scallop, not those big ones, and fresh sardines or anchovies (not the salt ones, the raw ones) but mama cooks it first a little. Cody would choose the more expensive cut, haha.
Loulou, you are such a pragmatist, and you do exactly what humans need to do more of, and by that I mean, nap more in the cold. As to the food thing, I just discovered roast beef. I have it twice a day. Fish for me just isn’t worth the batter it’s made in, so it’s just not happening MOL

YOU HAVE ROAST BEEF TWICE A DAY??? WOW!
LOL – Loulou, you got that right!! And we giggled at those shots!!! You really got the solution to bad weather – and especially after a full tummy – yummm shrimp! Mama’s going to google to see if that works for dogs. Papa cooks veggies for me every day at noon – except yesterday we went to Sanremo with my little friend Mignonne and we rode around in the new poussette like 2 little princesses! Mama was so proud of me for “playing nice”. We’ll give it a whirl, you and I, next month. Meanwhile, maybe the rain will just make things grow faster, huh? Well, you know me, always the optimist. A dog thing.
A dog thing, haha. You were so optimistic with that HUGE white creature who ‘visited you, right? Well, I’d call that optimism — you believed completely that you could tear his throat out, haha.
Well, yeah, Loulou – you mean Moose the labrador, LOL. Well, as long as Papa is there to jump in, I’m all bluff. Gotta keep up appearances, right!?
Well, your appearance in that buggy with that cutie was certainly keeping them up!
Oh dear! Who among us bloggers hasn’t scraped an occasional bottom! I usually post videos of the kitty boys when I run out of photo ideas or little encounters between they=m don’t result in a storyline….
At any rate, Loulou always is interesting, lounging as she does, and some of those incredible expressions she gets on her face! She’s a delight!
Oh, M. Thomas, thank you. Good to know I am in good company when it comes to facing a blank page.
I am glad you are not going anywhere, you scared me.
Oh, Ellen, I am so sorry. Mama and papa might go away for 3 days but I will have The Kitty Whisperer and she gives me everything I want, haha.
Great information on the cat food !
You change your time tomorrow, right ? They are probably already moving those monoliths up at Carnac.
YES, wish we could see that happen, haha. LOVE that cartoon.
