Well, even though we have a few broad beans on our bean plants, that’s ALL we have right now, unless you count herbs (including nip — mama is still unsure if she should make tea with it, haha), so our little tomato seeds are resting in clear water overnight, with a drop of fertilizer added, and tomorrow they will start off their long lives in little transplantable pots for when they are four-leafed and healthy-stemmed. Better Boy Hybrid, Super Sauce and Cherokee Purple are all going into pots as soon as they’ve had their little soak.
PURPLE tomato seeds! Hope she doesn’t mistake them for eggplants when they’re grown up, haha.
I’m sort of tired of all this garden work, planting seeds, taking out dead stuff, turning over the compost pile. I need un divertissement!
