Now is this silly, or what? Mama was pinching off all the dying blossoms from her rose bushes and she just couldn’t resist covering me with petals! You’d think I was a bride or something, whatever that is. Maybe because it was the day of the BIG WEDDING, whatever THAT was!
But I hear it was pretty spectacular, and how amazing of that Meghan anthro to have a gospel choir and a wild preacher at her nuptials (whatever those are). And now there is the very good news about Stacy Abrams in Georgia! Maybe there is progress in our sweet country after all.
Mama says that anyone with a space in his/her teeth is okay by her!!! Don’t laugh. The space in France is called les dentes du bonheur, lucky teeth, and the interesting thing is that mama has never known anyone with that space in the teeth that she didn’t feel happy about upon meeting. Maybe one day I’ll meet Stacy and can tell her how wonderful it is to have that space. It was lucky for her, that’s for sure.
HEY, I have a space between MY front teeth, too, mama!
And you look good with that space between those teefs, Loulou!
I just hope it doesn’t get bigger…
Mama et moi – we are laughing at your huge laugh de bonheur!!! Somehow rire de bonheur sounds a bit risqué in english, so mama made me change that!! And LOVE it that the Atlanta lady might be governor this fall!! Fingers crossed for her – and the country. WELL, you do look lovely covered in rose petals and we watched the royal wedding with joy (even MORE bonheur!!!! So, Loulou – where are OUR fiancés lurking!? Actually my favorite part would be the wedding cake…..and I prefer the guests throw kibbles…..
Not sure I WANT a groom…won´t that be a lot of work? Washing, ironing, all that stuff, but Ihear that French fiances/husbands iron their own shirts—-YAY! Find me one of those, Mya.
Loulou, silly girl – you don’t iron fur coats!!! But would they make us cook dinner?!
Uh…I forgot about that. But would we have to wash everyone else?
Loulou! I love that big open mouth of yours and those pearly whites <3
Oh, merci, but if only I had a few more uppers. Nice to meet you.
I have a space 🙂
Well, no wonder mama feels so affectionate about you, Ellen. She once asked her dentist to give her a space and he said, are you out of your mind? But she’s getting a tiny one thanks to mother nature….whoever that is.
Have you ever seen a photo of my Mama? OMC she has a big space in her front teeth! Her dentist wanted to fix it, but it is genetic…(he said it would probably just open up again)…if you notice the photo of Mom on the blog she often smiles with her mouth closed. Mom LOVED when you wrote this: “Mama says that anyone with a space in his/her teeth is okay by her!!! Don’t laugh. The space in France is called les dentes du bonheur, lucky teeth, and the interesting thing is that mama has never known anyone with that space in the teeth that she didn’t feel happy about upon meeting. ” My Mom is attaching a REALLY OLD photo so you can see the space, most of her other photos she doesn’t show her teetch
OH, what a BEAUTIFUL smile!!! Your mama had better get that mouth open for more pics, because it’s an HONOR to have a space full of luck and laughing. Look at the super model, Lauren Hutton, MUCH cuter without her ‘filler’ in photos. Charming, winning, touching, so many words for a space-y smile. One day mama is going to make a list of all the famous people with great spaces! But your mama takes the cake!
You have a biiiiiiig space between your front teeth, Loulou! You must be VERY lucky! 🙂
Well, I’m finally losing a bit of…er…roundness. Maybe the food is slipping through the space or something, but I look pretty svelte, space and all.
You look lovely in the rose petals, LouLou !
I did not know that about Lucky Teeth. At my age I am ucky to have any of my own Teeth !
Ha, ha, but with a nice space you’ll never have trouble with the two teeth touching each other. Whatever that means.
Our mommas were thinking alike, ’cause I got sprinkled with petals from my mom’s garden too! My mom had a big space between her two front teeth before she had metal wires put on them and made it go away. I hope you don’t get any metal wires, ’cause you have a be-au-ti-ful smile just the way you are. Je t’aime mon ami.
Oh, Valentino (as I call you now), I don’t think mama is going to send me to a dentist for the front teeth. She’d like to have some back ones put in because I don’t have any on one side because of having no care from wherever I was before…..
My mother had a large gap between her front teeth. She wasn’t as enchanted by it. When she had to get an upper denture, she was asked if it would have the gap. She replied, “Absolutely not–I want pretty teeth!”
Oh, I am so sorry she did not like it. There is something so charming about having that little space for good things to fly in and out. But I’ll bet your mama’s teeth were lovely afterward, too.
