Well, yesterday mama and papa had papa’s ex and her friend for a lunch and mama made fresh pasta that is called tajarin, a name used in the Piedmont area of Italy with a mushroom sauce or white truffles (if you have a truffle doggy, haha).
The pasta was fine, but it was the tea towel she used on which to lay the fresh noodles that caught my eye!
FUNNY, no? LOVE these little critters.
And the making of the pasta was fun to watch, too.
And I got a little bite….
But it’s kibble time…uh, oh...PAPA…NO, NO, NOT THAT ONE!
I’d better run.
Those mousies on that towel remind me of the lil’ squeakers that run across my patio to steal the corn kernels and sunflower seeds Mom puts out for the birdies. If only she’d let me out to pounce one of them.
Oh, you would let them know who’s who, Valentine!
Why won’t she let you OUT?
Hey! Noodle’s!
Have a great Sunday…
Noodle and crew
Boy, do we love your views! Thank you for telling TRUE news. So rare.
Wow, your mama makes her own pasta. Ours just takes it out of a box. She’s lazy.
Well, we use boxed pasta, too, and love it and different sauces need different pasta.
oooooh – your mama is a REAL chef – and the critter-towel is fun for sure! My mama, on the other hand is simply too lazy to make pasta or pizza crust or anything involving flour! BUT I will be 12 tomorrow and she bought me a package of doggie-veal paté. I just hope she doesn’t do something dumb like stick 12 lit candles in it since the fire department is busy enough these days. Well, I’ll let you know how it goes….. Hope you get some leftovers of that pasta!!
Oh, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOMORROW, and mama and papa and I have a little something for you. Mama found it last week (emphasis on the “little” haha. Mama thinks it’s indestructible but little does she know……
That towel would be a hit here too!
Yes, but the mouse part or the WINE part?
Mousse to mousse would be more fun !
Well, tastier, for sure. But mama like that wine part, haha.
