Mama, did I see you taking some food out of OUR/MY food cupboard for somewhere else?
Well, I think I know that word, charity, and we just might have a problem here. Take a gander (whatever that means) at THIS:
Do you see what I see? Who ARE these kitties, and how did they lure mama into dropping off three bowls of dinner for them?
So, I repeat, do we have a problem here?
Okay, okay, mama, it’s cold out and you cannot resist a kitty rubbing on your ankles, right? But they live THERE, mama, and you know perfectly well there is no room at the inn, so to speak.
Oh, I get it. They are fed by Chat Bleu, the animal org in our little ville but you just couldn’t resist stopping to pet and snuggle and feed all three just for the heck of it. Yeah, I get it…
Hey, where did I hear that charity begins at HOME?
But, Loulou, remember, share and share alike?
Okay, mama, I get it.
LouLou you are lucky we have two residents in our back room. They failed at socialization so they will go back outside once the weather warms a tad
Well, these guys would NOT even enter a back room, but they do have a little house they live in during the cold. You ae so kind to take in the kitties!!!
Ms. Lou Lou, I bet you could talk your momma into a can of sardines in the cupboard to feed those kitties instead of your food. The sardines might just give those cold kitties a kick in their step and the oil from the fish might make their fur purty. Lou Lou you are such a generous kitty cat and your momma’s heart is filled with love.
Tell momma I’m making some homemade pasta tonight. Her recipe of course. Im checking for plane tickets to come see you.
Love- Your Alabama Aunt Melissa
Sardines, sardines, they will LOVE sardines!
Awww LouLou, your Mama has a heart of gold! Praying those kitties will be ok!
I have to be truthful Cody somebody else seems to be feeding these kitties along with mama because these kitties don’t look skinny to me! At least I hope more soft-touchers are filling those bowls.
That was nice of your mama to stop and feed those kitties. And for you to not complain about it…too much…Loulou. 🙂
Yes, well, I wised up when I remembered how hungry I was out there once….
Sharing is caring, Loulou. What sweet kitties!
Oh I do and I will from now on!
Awww, well, as long as they don’t take food away from us, I’m all for charities like this. As long as WE get the table scraps. People here feed the birds – bits of bread everywhere in the winter – so why not kitties and doggies?! It’s supposed to warm the heart to share. I suppose…….
Oh, you bad doggy……..share your cucumbers, haha.
Oh LouLou it’s only food, it’s not like your Mom is bringing them home
Don’t say I said this cause I will deny it to my dying day, but I am REALLY REALLY glad Mommy brought Yin, Yang and Chimera home. ~Scylla
Oh me too because I love your kitties!!!!
Oh LouLou, you are building up lots of good Karma for sharing your dinner with these needy kitties !
Well they did look pretty hungry in that photograph mama showed me and I’ve got plenty of food. I’m a little embarrassed about the whole thing…
You shouldn’t be LouLou we all get grouchy sometimes. MOL Daddy told Mommy we couldn’t keep the Yoga Kittens (Yin & Yang) because I wouldn’t like it. So just to spite him I was nice to the kittens and we got to keep them ~Scylla
Oh, Scylla, you are probably the wisest of them all. These street kitties are cared for by Chat Bleu, a kitty org that takes care of feral kitties, gets them to the vet, etc. And they do have a little dog house to live in…
Sounds as if they are well looked after.
Yes, they are but mama is still a sucker for feral kitties. Maybe everyone here is and that is why they are so plump and healthy.
