No need to hide from helping hints on how to stay healthy.

Well, yes, we are all a bit on edge right now–emotional elections to observe, and viruses, colds and flu to be avoided, but the simple precautions that the medical world suggests we observe are really what one would do in flu season anyway, just a bit more rigorous:

Wash hands after being anywhere, out and about in shops and markets, garden, bathrooms, etc.  And use disinfectant, which works again this virus.

Run when someone coughs or sneezes near you, or if you can’t disappear, stay 6′ or more away from coughs and sneezes.  Best to avoid crowds whenever possible.

Drink lots of water and stay rested and calm.  Masks are only for the infected with colds, coughs, or anything contagious.

I hope we can lick this thing, sorry to use that verb!  But if we all are prudent with our own health, for us and  others, we just might contain it.

YES, MAMA, I WASHED MY PAWS!  I’m just drying them on your bedspread, it was the closest towel, haha.
