🌺🌺🌺
I may looked puffed up to some, but it is purposeful!
Well, here is part of a lovely email about Marcus, from Mr Doug, Jan Price’s brother. It must be difficult organizing so many emails and blogs and the richness that Jan’s life produced. He was kind to answer my question about dear Marcus, for whom I have had a secret love for all of his four years (even if I am a kitty)!
This is directly from Doug’s email.
suzanne, sorry i am so slow. need to keep up with jan’s friends as best i can.
was informed that marcus is going to a nice dog ranch in florida next week. it sounds so nice that i want to apply. i’ll get my shots and promise to be a good doug.
This brought a smile to us here in lockdown so I wanted to pass it on to you. Mr Doug was invaluable to Jan in so many areas of her life.
Thank you, Mr Doug, for all you are doing, despite sadness, to sort out the complexities of losing your wonderful, kind-hearted sister.
GOOD NEWS: WE HAVE SUN and it seems that every plant has doubled! Maybe I should have left my bag of kibble out in the rain, haha.
Unfortunately, mama thinks I might have doubled, too. Well, maybe not doubled, but…er…puffed up a little. I keep telling her that kitties DO that when they are HUNGRY. DUH!
These anthros never get it…
And this is mindful puffing up. I had to practice this a long time to get it right.
Thank you for updating us about Jan’s pets. Many of us have been wondering if they were being taken care of.
We hope some kind kitty lover person will step forward…
We had tears in our eyes of happiness for Marcus. Thank you for sharing the message, LouLou💗Glad the sun has double up your flowers, up to a great Summer😺Clean Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend. Stay Safe Healthy and Yourselfie🙏🐾😽💞
We were so glad to know Marcus is safe.
follow up on taylor and micah (jan’s cats).
contacted a local lady who wants to help rescue these cats
we will try to keep you updated.
unfortunatedly i do not know jan’s passwords to unsubcribe from some of the emails. count is now 451 after deleting a bunch of them a little while ago.
need to come up with a codeword i guess. that will attract my attention so that i don’t delete the emails. i have gotten a “delete trigger-finger”.
a few days ago she had almost twelve hundred facebook and other emails and narrowed it down to five hundred. this could be a full time job.
suzanne, i am open to a suggestion. i DO try and keep up with your emails. you were so kind to call and check on my sister when she was sick.
i know that she had a lot of friends in the blogosphere, but i can’t answer many.
i will try and keep you informed through jan’s account, but eventually i will have to let it go.
thank you for your posting. i like jan’s friends and wish them lifelong happiness and success
Oh, this is Jan’s brother commenting and if ANYONE live near Thomaston, Georgia, there are two darling kitties looking for a home!!!! And you can use Jan’s email for a short while to contact Doug.
Oooh – so glad the doggie will have a fun and happy life on the ranch!! He will surely miss Jan. But this is good to know. Loulou, we had it pretty rough for a while – but we wound up in such nice places with peeps who love and adore us. I wish that for all animals.
Me, too, Mya, and I adore Marcus!
SO sad about Jan’s passing. I am glad Marcus will have a god home. DO you know what happened to her kitties?
I do not know yet but will ask. Love those kitties!
Sounds like a place that will be perfect for Marcus. There are also two of Jan’s kitties aren’t there? Mr Doug is doing a wonderful job while still missing his sister !
Yes, two sweet kitties…I will ask or you can still use her email I think.
