Well, were enjoying a lovely Sunday with soft winds and mama’s tomatoes turning red at last and tomato sauce bubbling on the stove for tonight’s usual pizza rustica and I was taking a Sunday snooze as I always do after mama and papa’s little nap and that was about all I had to report today but then I happened to glance up at the TV and saw on the news the disturbing re-run of a video of the president of United States mocking a handicapped reporter…unbelievable.
With that disturbing thought, I leave you until tomorrow.
And here is the information about Friday’s Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day.
Have a lovely Monday, too.
Take care, stay distant or stay home, mask up and let’s BEAT this virus!
We have so many to remember thanks
It is Ann Adamus one must thank. We just put the badge on our blog for her.
He really is not a nice man.
Never was, never will be, never, never, never.
Wow, Loulou, that man really has no shame. Holding thumbs for November. On a nicer note you look really sweet all cuddled up on your mama and papa’s bed.
Yes there are some days that I just simply take over and they have to understand that it’s mostly my bed not theirs.
Mama remembers when Trump mocked that reporter. That was the moment Mama decided he was even a worse scumbag than she’d imagined! Well, we had chicken with plums and lots of spices yesterday. Over pasta – I got a few bites of unflavored chicken and pasta – YUMMMM. Loulou, you look so comfy. We have such a good life and wish that for all animals!!!!
Me, too. But many have adopted animals during this crisis. That’s heartening.
Oh, Loulou, won’t you purrlease run for Purresident? Normally there’s a requirement for the candidates to be born in the USA to run, but since you’re a pussycat that wouldn’t apply. Tee hee hee. Winks.
Well, I’m not sure I am really up to that complicated job. But I sure hope someone is….it’s about time.
Tomatoes…pizza…naps…
A good day’s work, yes, indeed.
Sorry the American President is such as a**hat. I work with a mentally disables student and he is a lovely person. I hope he will not be there long (or the US will struggle with the rest of the world looking on in despair).
We must all be treated as human beings who matter, but this has not been the case for four years. Yes, let’s hope that changes. Compassion, decency, caring for one another — the only way our country will survive and go forward.
Our tomatoes are still green, but the cherry tomatoes are deliciously red…not all of them though….Pawkisses for a deserved nap, LouLou🐾😽💞
Oh, they’ll be red in a few days. Mama’s surprised her by turning red all at one time!
I smell those maters cooking, yum!
And the sauce went on the pizza tonight…yum indeed. Wish I could send it out to folks.
