Better not put me in one of those, mama.
Well, mama says that blog title will date her for sure.
SWEATER GIRL…what on earth?
But a photo from a reader says all. Still don’t know who Susan is, however.
Uh…maybe the meaning wasn’t quite this…
And, remember, this is just a funny. ALL grandmamas are respected around here.
I had better be, Loulou!
Dad says his gradma used to knit but he was a boy so missed the sweater thing MOL
Hey Rosie Greer did crewel embroidery…men can knit too.
The lady with the yellow hair better not try to make me a sweater girl…unless she’s looking for trouble! ~Zoey
Oh, Zoey, you had better get on the warpath if you find balls of wool around your house, haha.
Oh yes my Mom totally remembers “sweater girls”…! That photo is so cute – that sweater fits purrrrrfectly like the ones “sweater girls” wore. My Mom says she didn’t quite have the same…..well….um…….”attributes” as the sweater girls did back then though.
Hugs, Teddy
Hey, your mama is not alone, haha.
Ha ha ha that kitty’s face says it all, Loulou.
Poor little thing. Those anthros dress us up so weirdly.
Well, it’s too hot for sweaters! But we already have sweaters – fur ones! How good is THAT!?But I do have a raincoat…… but lucky you – you have an indoor toilet!
Yes, that is lucky, Mya. And now it’s a BIG box so I can hit the mark better, haha.
That is too cute 🙂
A nice reader in LA sent the photo. So funny.
Aww – some of the “hairless” kitties need sweaters. Some of them have knitting Grammas too !
OH, of course. The Russian kitties MUST have sable sweaters!!!
You would look good in that Loulou!
You’re kidding, Brian, right?
