Well, today, this is just about all I feel like doing. After all we are turning back all of our clocks, who knows who thought this up, but now, just MAYBE, mama will feed me at 5:30 instead of 6:30, haha.
Mama goes a bit wonko when the time changes, because she says that SHE thinks it is time to fix dinner as it is DARK, and to have dinner at 6 when she’s used to cooking around 7:30 or 8 just doen’s work out around here.
Everything is topsy turvy, whatever that means, when the time changes.
But mama says, “Hey, if we are used to having a glass of vino at 7, NOW we can have it at SIX!”
Boy, some anthros really know how to work the system. Exhausting.
So I’ll get back to lolling around in my liquid, languid manner…
This time change has thrown off MY clock!
Is this luxuriously lollifying for you?
That is some nice Lolling about Loulou. We are swapping our clocks on Nov 1st and always are off for the next week. It has been getting darker earlier and stays dark until we are starting breakfast.
So you know when to eat, right? Let me know!
ooooohweee – We just realized it’s 4AM – forgot about Daylight Savings Time!! But yes, Loulou – we get food earlier, YIPPEE!!
And limoncello, no?
ABSOLUTELY – well, Mom is having a spritz!!!!
This time change has affected ME. I’m waiting around for DINNER!
Our change is next week. I love the fall back part. 🙂
Well, they are arbitrary changes as one goes east and each country has its own decision about saving energy or hours of daylight for school children (one reason among many).
Yes, well, you do gain an hour of precious time! And I can sleep longer…
Loulou the Languid Lolly ! Our time changes next weekend so I guess I’ll be facing this same issue – I’ll do like you – just sleep through it!!
Hugs, Teddy
When in doubt. Sleep.
Our time change isn’t until next week. (Why is that since the International Date Line isn’t involved ?)
We heard on the news that much of France is under lockdown again. Is your section affected, or is your town small enough to be safe-ish ? Our county is still at mid-level.
Well we are in the red zone but our little village is fairly untouched. It’s just that you don’t know who might have what and we’re staying just where we were in the middle of February – isolated careful masked distanced and life goes on…
Dang, I’m glad we don’t have to change our clocks yet!
