People who abandon their kitties are BAD!
Still here and meowing…
…and mama cannot see a tattoo in her ear, so on Thursday she will be taken to the vet that…er…makes alterations in young kitties and is sponsored by Bridget Bardot (!), so she’ll have the best of care and then we’ll see about what to do.
Normally, after the fix-it, the Chat Bleu puts the kitties back into their environment, but this little darling clearly was someone’s sweetie-pie. We named her Luna because the vet has to have a name, but we may have to change it to something French. And yet, she appeared on Blue Moon Halloween…maybe we should name her Pumpkin. Naw, not French.
I’ll think of something.
But I am torn, because mama loves me so much and I can see that she and papa are a bit sad, too, but I’m a handful when we travel, and we will again, I’m sure, and it would be hard to manage two of us.
But we are hoping, hoping, hoping her mama and papa will come and find her, and even the nice Police Department of our little village is looking for her family. They adore kitties and are great help, especially after the summer, when BAD tourists and visitors leave their animals!!!
It is unthinkable to us, but thanks to Chat Bleu, we have lovely Rosemary who will make sure she is…er…”made safe” and cared for. Maybe someone at the vet will fall in love as we (make that “they”) did.
❤💜💙💛💚
We are purring that Luna finds her home. Thank you for looking out for her.
Oh, HE found his mama who came to get him calling “Oscar!”
What a sweet little thing. I can’t imagine abandoning such a cute fluffy creature.
His mama came and claimed him, that bad kitty….he was miffed because his mama had taken in a kitten.
We never can believe that anyone can abandon any pet. To us it is unthinkable and we hope that she is lost and her family will find her. I dont know Loulou. She would make a good friend.
Ha, the story unfolds today….
Oh, that’s so sad, LouLou, we hope and purray that she has a home somewhere out there, but at least will find a furrever home if she hasn’t. Good Luck Pawkisses are on the way and a big Pawkiss for you and your mommy, who are such a great help🐾😽💞
Well, everything you did WORKED. I wrote about it today, thank you so much for your help!!!
Luna – I like it as a name for the little cutie. Also lovely that your Mama made sure she got into the right hands to make her “safe” and let’s hope somebody falls in love with her and gives her a forever home. I would hope she wasn’t dumped by someone – that’s just so mean!!!
Hugs, Teddy
Hey, not dumped at all, but a little wiley devil that kitty!!!
“Blue moon you saw me standing alone…” Aaah poor little thing. I have my fingers and toes crossed that she finds her old home or a loving new one. Thank goodness for Chat Bleu.
Yes, they are so kind to kitties and she’ll be less wiggly after her … er…visit. She is really wiggly right now.
Ooooh – we wish for a happy home for Luna – and she seems so sweet. Keep us posted – Loulou, maybe a fun playmate would be a good thing? Well, Mamma arrived in France with 2 dogs and a cat. They didn’t like each other at first (Sassy the cat was first, then Pepper, then Rosita) but they turned into a loving family.
Oh, mama would keep her if she could, but she will roam, she is not a house cat for sure so that would have to be settled. And she is so young…and going in and out brings possible problems for Loulou, disease from feral cats, etc.
Yes, you’re right! Hadn’t thought about that. She needs a good family – where she is the princess!! Like we are!
Oh, boy, it’s a story. See today’s blog…I didn’t know mama was so dumb, haha.
She is a beauty. Anyone will be lucky to have her. I am so glad your mama is helping her. XO
Well, she is really a sweetie and mama just fed her so at least we can do that and she’ll be at the vet tomorrow morn.
We hope that dear sweetie is easy to place, she is a cutie!
We have never seen such an affectionate kitty….well, except for me, but even I can’t jump around like a kitten any longer and this one is absolutely fearless and loves snuggling.
Well, LouLou, we are still glad the kitty is safe. And we want to send some purrayers to Mya’s kitty friend Gus who almost lost his eye (!)
