You know, getting into position to zonk out is not the easiest activity in the world! Heaven knows I try, but sometimes it’s just too complicated and my little body doesn’t seem to know where it wants to settle.
Does that happen to you? I have observed that doggies turn aound in circles several times before plopping.
But what do THEY know, haha?
Still…maybe I need to eat more brain food, what do you think?
This should NOT be this difficult, right?
Sometimes it takes me a few turns before I find a comfortable spot. ~Ernie
Oh, I’m so glad there are other kitties in solidarity with me, haha.
Mom thinks it’s hilarious that I can settle down INSTANTLY. If I lie down I immediately flip up on my back and within about five seconds I’m snoring. She says she’d like to be able to fall asleep like that – she takes FOREVER to quit jiggling and wiggling and flip-flopping in bed before she can really REST. Humans are tough to figure out.
Hugs, Teddy
My mama wishes she could, TOO.
Oooh – I don’t turn around in circles – or I would pass out, LOL!!! Had a fun day yesterday with a neighbor – her mom brought the daughter over to collect the “King Charles” painting – actually Prince Charles with a King Charles head and a toy fox – they laughed and laughed – and played “catch the shoe and baby Mya” with me!!!!
Congrats on selling the painting, Mya’s maman! Wonderful!
But you do make it look pretty easy Loulou!
I sort of love to wriggle…
I recommend more treats. 🙂 XO
Aha! Always with a good idea, Ellen.
Well, LouLou. if itisn’t your arthritis keeping you awake, the best thing is to try to make your mind go blank. But if you are thinking of breakfast (or supper, if it is a nap) that is hard to do.
Mama counts backwards from 27…what’s “counts”?
Loulou, somehow I believe you’ll make it work…a cat that can’t nap is an impossibility.
Well, that’s the truth! Good observation.
