WOW! Did you see that space capsule come down?
Well, I know it’s Pirate time, but the splash down of Inspiration4 had mama in tears this morning after having read about these four incredible anthros, one only 29, the youngest anthro ever to go into space, total novices about orbiting the planet, and their amazing flight together.
What an achievement.
We, here, are in awe after having seen the stories about each of these brave souls and where they came from and the hardships and achievements they have met in their early lives. Inspiration4 – a perfect name for the flight.
I would say that if there are GOOD pirates on the sea today, these four are certainly the best!
As for me, I would not let mama put a pirate hat on me for love nor money, plus I am hard to reach under the bed. But I love seeing all my kitty friends in their costumes.
Way, hey and up the kibbl
This truly was an amazing group of people. Our mom says she would never want to go into space, but she admirers these four greatly. We always have fun with pirate day but only ever get dressed up virtually. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer & Kizmet
Well, you are all darling pirates in our lives!
Would you want to go up into space, Loulou?
Are you joshing me? NO WAY, JOSE!
Nice to see space travel helping raise money, though Mrs H says they aren’t helping the pollution problem. We’ll be sticking to sail power for the time being, and like you, won’t be wearing any pirate garb, though love to see everyone else having fun 🙂
Oh Erin thank you for all of that wonderful information and mama is going to get that book and look at it! Who knows who will be going into space? Mom is a bit spacey for sure ha ha.
Hey Loulou! I found a way to write – but not easy…. so will see you Friday!!!
Do you mean write as in a doggy writing?
I think I like sea born pirates, for their adventure and fun, I wonder what Captain Jack Sparrow would look like as an astronaut!!! There is a lot of stuff up there now! Did you know it’s hard to take photos of the stars because of the big shiny satelite stuff – astonishing.
Oooh I read a book ‘Diary of an Apprentice Astronaut’ by a lady called Samantha Christoforetti (I think) and WOW the training astronauts have to do before they go to th International Space Station takes years (I was gob smacked!!)
Ahoy, Loulou! the SpaceX landing is very exciting!
Yes it was wonderful to watch so exciting and so spacey!
We watched the SpaceX come by too, it made quite the splash!
Hey four brilliant peas in a pod!
Yarr we saw that capsule land me hearty. Amazing stuff
There will probably be more!!
Those 4 are an inspiration. Please come visit us and tell us who wore our one pirate costume best. XO
Well I tried to come visit but I couldn’t find the comments box so I wrote you and told you I thought that wrote it was pretty cool but that that kitty with the Dad suit on was awfully cute!
Ahoy Loulou! We were excited about SpaceX landing back on Earth safely….what an adventure – even better than sailing the 7 seas in my pirate ship for “Talk Like A Pirate Day” !!
Salutes, Terrible Ted the Pirate
Oh, Terrible Teddy, you struck…er…fun into our hearts!
