Dear Loulou – I see you got Mama to help you with your blog even though it was a wordless Wednesday. As for being cautious these days – we MUST BE. You just never know what you are around. In our little town people are being careful and cautious.

LOL – I doubt that! I am in the bed and snoozing – well, sort of. Mamma is reading mails from New Orleans and then will read Nice-Matin! What a life we lead! Going to Eze this morning to pick up art (Jean-Luc’s daughter’s sculptures) but we won’t walk up the hill. Then if it’s not raining will go to Menton for lunch!
Your family is far less cautious than ours. There is a fifth wave beginning and mama and papa have not been inside a restaurant since the pandimic started because you have no idea who it carrying asymptomatic covid. Our doc in Rome had dinner in a restaurant with a friend she did not know well and had a scare, and since she had seen papa the same week in her clinic, she asked them both to be tested as she was to see if her fever and cough were covid! She had contracted a bad flu from said friend, not covid but mama and papa had to sleep in separate rooms until the results of their PCR came back in 24 hours. Maybe they are just overcareful, but they are and will stay so until this thing is under more control. Lots of NO-MASK people in our little village and when mama asks nicely for someone to please wear the mask ON the nose (duh), they get irritated. Sigh….
Well, we went to Eze and the owner is interested in Mamma’s paintings!! I didn’t go but Jean-Luc did – Mom stayed in the car with me. But we went to the port and had mussells – too early for Menton!
Wonderful for mamn! Mussels, nummy!
LOL I am so late for Sunday its nearly next weekend but, as you say it’s wordless Wednesday so silence reigns (well somewhere it does!).
Wordless Wednesday has just hit us as a day to take a little rest, haha. DUH…we never made the connection!
