__like tummy rubs!
1. Too many sweet things to fit in this space!__made me smile recently.
2. I am looking forward to seeing __neighbors outdoors and on our street__over the holidays.
3. During the holiday season, my home __smells like baking bread and cookies and bûche de noël.
4.__Egg nog (minus egg, minus nog, LOTS OF CREAM)__ is my favorite way to get in a festive mood.
BUT kitties can’t have milk products according to so many kitty advice sites. IS THAT REALLY TRUE??? And mama read the other day that RAW FISH is bad for kitties…what is the world coming to? Grapes, I understand, but FISH?
Okay, okay, I’ll have my salmon steamed, mama, with sauce remoulade.
(1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon each of capers, lemon juice, mustard with grains in it, horse radish, sweet onion juice)
Jeez, before long those nutrition anthros will want us kitties to be vegans!
ARGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH fooey.
Do vegans allow Jack Daniels in their (almond) milk punch?
I bet your house smells delicious! ~Ernie
Well, actually, it does, but for me, it’s best when it smells like poached salmon, haha. Olive bread isn’t bad, either, whatever those are.
Loulou you are lucky to have a Mama who cooks such lovely food and I’m sure you get little treats from the kitchen when it’s something safe for you to “indulge” in! Your Mom did a very good job on her “filling in” today too……
Hugs, Teddy
Merci, Teddy. And today I get a bit of shrimp!
Oh LOULOU – your feast sounds a LOT better than mine!!! Me – kibbles and cucumbers and the doggie things from Super U!!
I can’t wait to go back to Pietrasanta – where they have the ice cream for DOGS!!! Haven’t seen it here……
Wow, what on earth is in it? Rare Steak Ripple?
NO – but what a GREAT idea!!! I’ll mention that to them!!!
Heh, heh, we’ll get our way regardless, right?
Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I bet you house smells amazing with your mama’s cooking. There is cat milk your mama could make you a special batch of egg nog. XO
I think we had some cat milk around here long ago. GREAT idea!
Those were good and yummy answers Loulou!
Well, my mind does seem to be centered on eats lately…
Those sound good LouLou – but we all need to be careful what we indulge in, don’t we ?(*sigh*)
Uh…thanks for reminding me. I’m pretty slimmed down now and mama really wants me to stay that way for my arthritic leg…
Eat hearty, LouLou…all the MEATZ™, OK??!
If milk things don’t make you have the runnies…then a wee sip is fine now and then. (Most kitties are lactose intolerant)
Our unfurbro-the-elder just told petcretary he is a vegan now…so that means we will have a very unusual Christmas meal, we think.
Oh, these kids! Maybe it’s a good time to teach unfurbro-the-elder how to cook…..
Oh Loulou, anything in moderation is okay for kitty!
Haven’t you seen cats on the interwebs, liking cream from Starbuck’s cups?
A little bit is okay, imho.
And humans can be vegan, but cats CANNOT; they are carnivores.
Well, of course we will NEVER be vegans. And yes, I think a little cream goes a long way, but I’m lucky…I love sheeps milk yogurt.
