Oh, mama, maybe a few donkey photography lessons should be on your agenda, no? You’re sort of bringing up the rear there…
Yes, folks, the donkey invasion happened again just across the street at the place they used to spend the winter. A cacophony of hee-haws grabbed papa’s attention and he texted mama, not knowing where she was, to let her know that the donks were back.
MAMA was the REASON THEY WERE GOING BONKERS!
Mama was with them, feeding them carrots and carrot tops and and pieces of old artichoke and raising hell with them in general. Fortunately only two or three other anthros were out taking a walk and be deafened…
Still, a nice way to start off a week, no, with Donkey Serenade, haha?
How fun to see all those donkeys!
THEY ARE ADORABLE and mama scratches them between their incredible ears but the best part is their LIPS.
Oh those lucky donkeys…..I know your Mama was giving them some wonderful treats. It’s nice to see them looking happy and healthy after the winter. It is quite a Donkapalooza (kudos to Eastside Cats for inventing such a PERFECT word!).
Hugs, Teddy
Yes, a great word and those donks were getting ARTICHOKES (old ones) and LOVE them because artichokes were discovered by donks in Roman times! Mama did an article on it.
Mamma LOVES donkeys but I don’t think I’ve ever seen one! When we go to Collioure they will take me! The first time I saw a horse I thought it ws a BIG DOG!!! I barked like crazy – but now, ho-humm, I realize they are different animals!
Haha a big dog, that’s wonderful! You will meet the donks one day.
Awww, those are so sweet! How nice thhat ypuyr MMa gave them yummy treats!
Are you braying in the first picture, LouLou??? Bwahahaha!
Just a loud meow, right?? LOL!
Hey, I can bray! But yes that was a meow and you all are so funny! Love to laugh.
Awww..that is sweet that they like your mama.
Hey, they like her CARROTS
Such cute donks!
And so sweet, all of them, just love their heads scritched.
So glad the donkeys were there to gladden Mama and Papa (and you too) !
Oh they do bring light into our world right now. So adorable.
Oh, they are darling! I wish I had a donk parade go past my house!
Me, too, for YOU. We have a parade off and on when the owner remembers to tell me they’re coming.
donkeypalooza ….MOL!!!!
DONKEYPALOOZA is our fave word this week, thank you!
It’s a donkapalooza!
Ha ha that’s what it is all right! GREAT word. We’ll have that on in our vocab from now on. Donkapalooza!
