I hope you are home from the vet LouLou. XO
That was really a nice video, I heard she was out n’ about again. Hugs and purrs to you sweet Loulou.
I am so glad you liked it!!! We cried with happiness.
Oh LouLou, we hope you are home tonight and doing better ! We had only seen psrt of Joni Mitchell’s performsnce – how amazing ! We first hesrd that song on Judy ollins’ album Wildflowres. Years later we met Judy Collins at a book signing in Akron in a blizzard so there were so few people there we could actually all talk to her. We bet your Mom and our humom could talk folk music for hours – after kitties of course !
Oh, what a wonderful moment to be able to share with one of the world’s most talented writers and singers. Yes, we could chat a bit…but mama is OLD…the music she knew well was in the 60s, 70s and now she says you have to wander through a lot of music to find a real jewel. Joni Mitchell set the mark!
oh yes, da mum watched dis an she watched the paul simon part with nate rateliff
Oh, we missed that. Will look for that one! MERCI.

Sending you tons of purrs and prayers Loulou. ♥
Merci, Sandee. What a nice poem that makes!

And you have one, too. I get to come home tonight so it’s a good Wed!
Music is a balm to the soul.
If we lived back in the olden days, we wouldn’t be reading books or newspapers; instead we’d listen to bards and priests/shaman, who chanted and sang.
YES, and we can even find them now…minstrals were the first poets or at least some of them. Mama’s brother-in-law was a poet and he told us about this.
