Yep, that’s my new brooch. I would have liked something more, well, Victorian, but THEY gave e no choice!
I used to have clout around here!
Hey, at least I still own the BED! No arguing with that!
But I would have liked a four poster, maybe a canopy…
Yeah, a little fancier brooch would be nice. Maybe your momma could make it prettier??
Actually she could with a home-made sticker but she’s afraid it won’t function if she messes with it!!! We have had two that failed before their 14-day use and remember, they are made for ANTHROS, not kitties. The vets use them on kitties and doggies because they work fairly well, but we have had two that went kaput after 11 days and 12 days so mama wants to leave well-enough alone. There are some great stickers, however, that Ellen sent us to look at on Etsy.
A Victorian brooch would have been nicer, but as long as your brooch does it’s job then that’s good too. Glad that you managed to eat a little more last night.
Yes, mama foxed me, but I knew what was what, haha. I was just a bit more hungry…
Well, you are a kitty purrincess, so maybe your servants…(ahem…) should bow to your wishes…LOL!
Hope your day was finding you to eat better? We are pawyering hard for you LouLou.
Maybe you could engrave your Brooch with a fancy lettered monogram??
Hey, good idea…around here maybe SOS, haha. I did eat last night because mama added some freez-dried stuff that she had whizzed up to a powder and it worked! Merci for your pawyering.
OHHHH – I WANT A BROOCH LIKE THAT! But may not get it! I’ve gotten medicaments and shots -? We are old doggies and kiitties!
Oh, Mya, we hope you are okay!! And you do not want a brooch…even if they are pretty snappy things that work.
Maybe add some adhesive Swarovski crystals? You would certainly sparkle!
WOW, those would be COOL…we are always passing their shops everywhere so I’ll nudge mama to pick a few up.
Oh Mom used to have a 4 poster with a canopy when she was a little girl and a butterfly bedspread. They gave the bed to the granddaughter. Mom said the bedspread was long gone.
…like mama’s baby blanket that’s upstairs in a plastic bag in shreds, haha, but still sentimental. And your mom was so wonderful to give the bed to the g-daughter,
Loulou I can see you in a beautiful lace collar maybe with a little heart pendant looking very victorian…..a lady like little canopy bed waiting for your tired little self after a long day of keeping your Mama and Papa happy. You look so cozy!
Hugs, Teddy
I like that picture! I’ll talk to my shrink about how I wished for a lace collar and four-poster in my childhood, haha.
Gosh LouLou I never saw a puddy tat…(sorry – couldn’t resist)
A cameo brooch would have been suitable Victorian.
Hope it works well !
It’s working quite well but I am still in HIGH after the night and then I have my jab and things get better during the day. This is a work in progress…
Your new brooch is purrfect if it helps keep you well.
That, it does, and it’s a pretty cool system. No every-three-week-trips-to-have-glycemic-curve at vet!!!!
Sweet LouLou, it is a bit plain, but you make everything you are near look beautiful!
I felt the same way…but merci for the compliment. It’s just that I felt something a bit more antique-y would be better.
Sorry you are stuck with such a plain brooch, but you make everything look elegant. XO
Oh, merci, Ms E. See, another poem!
Loulou, you should ask your mom to bedazzle your brooch for you! Wishing you all a wonderfully easy Sunday. Thanks so much for hopping. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, angel Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer, Kizmet, Audrey & Raleigh
Oh, we love the hops. Unfortunately, one cannot “decorate” the sensor or it goes kaput! But we love your suggestion.
Happy snoozy day sweet Loulou.
My best talent…
Perhaps you can dress it up with lace and ribbons, Loulou.
Oh, Íll do that…Í´ll get out my embroidery needles and tat a little tat.
oh lou lou, yoo sure relax with such style and abandonment
Oh, it’s nice to be noticed…I have perfected my style over the years by practicing whenever possible.
