Hey, do you see the ‘face’ in my tummy? Surreal, no? Hello, Dali!
Well, mama is putting a couple of her canvases we pic-ed, picked, on my blog today, as I have not felt like pick-ing up my brushes lately, haha. Just kidding, I prefer to dictate and mama then draws or paints what I would like to see.
Works for me, hope it works for thee!
Still life with tulips
Nude landscape
Have a creative and relaxing weekend…
…without falling off the bed…
Oh my word I totally see the face, Loulou. Let’s face facts you’re adorable and your mama is a true artist.
Oh, merci, and I do like having a face on my tummy, haha.
mum realy lubs da too lips, and the nood/landscape, iz berry, berry artzy fartzy, iz a noo AND a landscape, mind iz blown, must nap and ponder.
Merci, mama does some strange paintings, that’s for sure, but she has great joy doing them.
Very pretty artwork from your mama, Loulou!
Oh, merci, I’ll pass that on and she’s about to start a new one so will be inspired.
Oh, you have a purrfectly splendi-furr-ous tummy, LouLou!
Well, it’s a beloved tummy around here, that’s for sure. Merci for the compliment.
I would pay to snorgle that tummy. XO
Oh, a snorgle, I’ve never had one of THOSE.
Those are really good and you do look cozy sweet Loulou!
Cozy is my favorite place!
I do see the face in your tummy!
WOW, I think you are the only one. It may be witchery….
Love those tulips! Well, of course being of Dutch descent!
Enjoy your weekend, too…its a long weekend here, since Monday is a holiday – Labor Day…both in the USA and in Canadas.
Stay away from the border it will be bedlam there…long ago we stopped traveling across on holiday weekends…only if it was for Christmas visits to my parents…but now we don’t travel there at those times anymore either. We travel by phone, LOL!
Not sure if we will be having our annual, (not since before covid), family reunion of all the cousins. In early November.
Wow, you must have a BIG family and so good to have them hear enough to gather. Mama’s are all over the map and it would be wonderful to get everyone together but no one wants to fly…
600 miles to hubby’s place, and 320 to petcretary’s sister. The west coast for her brother…need an airplane for that! Add another 100 miles or so for the cousins.
Oh, boy, I am carsick already! But that is pretty close compared to 2000 km and 4000 km…..
I see the face – well I see the eyes staring at me (tee hee). Your Mama’s paintings are wonderful especially the nude landscape. Love it.
Hugs, Teddy
Oh, that wlll make mama so happy. That painting is now in Sonoma with mama’s sister in law who saw it here in France and we sent it there. A new painting is starting up….
se of tulips looks a little tipsy LouLou ! Did Mama capture the essence of you helping it off the table ?
HAHA, that’s a good one. Actually I have never spilled anything from anywhere, mostly because i don’t climb easily. Might have been fun to knock somethng off somewhere, haha.
Yes, we can see the face in your tummy!
OH, wonderful, and now there are three who see!
Loulou, your mom’s nude artwork reminds me of a character in the audiobook that I’m currently listening to; she attends a drawing class, and there is a nude male model, which through the character for a loop!
Hahahaha!
It’s better to be a cat; no worries about clothed, unclothed…amIright?
It’s “The Ink Black Heart” by Robert Gailbraith, book 6 of the Cormoran Strike series; private detectives in modern London. I recommend the series.
OOH, mama thanks you for that. She is looking a bit google-eyed right now, having just sped-read The Book of Magic by Alice Hoffman….WHEW…..
MOL!!! yor tummy!!!!! we really like both ov da artz, mum really likez da too lipz and den da nood landscape, iz berry berry artzy fartzy, iz a nood an a landscape, mind iz blown, must lay down an take nap an ponder…….
Hey, I thought I answered this a few comments ago! Something spooky is going on here on my comments page! Thanks for the compliments!
Hello Dali, well Hello Dali! It’s so nice to see you back where you belong.
And the face on your underside is definitely surreal as you say. It certainly lets you know where to go to have Face Time. On Loulou’s fluffy belly.
Your additional art pieces are also on the quirky side. I always did love a bit of quirk.
And the last shot looks like you are trying to touch your toes while lying, and not falling out of, bed. Cool stuff.
Oh, merci, Wendy, for visiting with profound thoughts and wise appraisals of mama’s quirky art! Love your take on my toesies.
I see your face in your tummy! The art is lovely.
My comment worked! It is the first time in almost forever that I have been able to comment.
That is terrible! My guru saw no problems after we fixed the glitches with Feedpress, so sorry, but welcome back!
Thank you, I am glad to be back again.
We shall have a visit to you soon, and welcome back!!!
Big mercis for all.
