Okay, this is a first. Mama wanted to fill in for a change:
1. On holidays, I usually have a second serving of __corn bread stuffing from my mama’s recipe.
2. I am thankful for __this, __that_ and __the other – too many things to list here, too many.
3. I would like to invite __all of our blogger friends over for a feast (or maybe just all of our family and friends in ONE PLACE!).
(Loulou’s turn)
4. Finding me, mama__ was a blessing in disguise.
Whew, that was not easy. Gets the old grey cells jumping, that’s for sure.
Off to meditate on menus for Turkey Day…
Shhh…ommmm….
Petcretary scribbled her menu on a scrap of paper…and it is mostly vegan things to accomodate our unfurbro-the-elder…except for the bacon-wrapped-turkey tenderloins which she’ll cook in the crockpot.
Vegan dude will get a pretend turkey…LOL!
Lots of various veggies, and non animal food…good thing we are not vegan, eh??!
Yes, lets have a huge feast…but with all the guests, it might need to be a potluck!
Well, we are still staying clear of lots of peeps but we’re having good stuff, too.
I would love to join you in a turkey feast! ~Ernie
Oh, Ernie, if wishes were doggies then kittie would bark…or…something like that, I think, but yes, a turkey feast together would be so nice. We could ‘gobble”it up haha.
Loulou you made me hungry for turkey and I don’t even LIKE it! Tee Hee I do plan to snoopervise Mom in the kitchen on Thursday though when she’s making the whole big turkey dinner thing for her and my Dad. She needs me. I know for SURE that your parents are as happy to have YOU as you are to have THEM! Believe me….
Hugs, Teddy
Oh, yes, we are certainly a mutual appreciation society, no question.
Those were good answers and we ready for some turkey soon. I hope you have a fabulous weekend Loulou.
And you, too, Mr B.
Thank you to you and your mama for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I am thankful I have that recipe that you emailed me last year. 🙂 We love cornbread stuffing. And LouLou, I am glad your folks found you. XO
ME,TOO! And we, too, LOVE cornbread with little kernels added for texture…canned ones are fine since there is not a lot of corn around in November! But mama buys the organic ones and they are really good.
We love cornbread, too! So glad you’ll be enjoying the stuffing along with us.
Those are two really cute photos of you LouLou !
Merci, Mistress Mary!
Loulou, no one could doubt that having you in their lives has been wonderful for your pawrents.
Boy, you can say that again. Again.
