A lazy selfie…
Well, as usual, mama urged me to do my “Saturday Selfie” and I said, “WHA’?” and before I could stop her, she hit the publish button on SATURDAY instead of today…hello, mama, Sunday is selfie day, duh.
I really need to shape things up around here/there.
I think mama is distracted by my abscence in her life.
That, and the fact that the Giro d’Italia, a huge bike race, is finishing in Rome today and the whole town is sealed off for the cyclists! But just a few steps away from where THEY are, those bikes will whiz by and I think they are going to try to see them.
It’s a sort of “Now you see them, now you don’t” event, haha. I could care less because I’m a doin’ a what comes natcherly today…
Hey, mama, whatever turns you on. It’s naps for me.
JUST GET THE DAYS OF THE WEEK STRAIGHT, OKAY?
At least SOMEBODY knows how to be straight around here…
I think your mama should come home now and get things straight! π
SO DO I!!!!!
What a lovely selfie, Loulou. That tummy definitely needs a cuddle.
Okay, okay, okay! Merci.
I would love to rub that gorgeous tummy of yours LouLou. I hope your folks enjoy watching the bikes go by. XO
Well, I would LOVE that tummy rub and yes, they did enjoy about 3 seconds of whizzing.
* Helpless laughter * Oh your poor Mum is having a time of it.
Well, she SAYS she is but I know better…I am not there so how could she have any fun at all?
Our mom is mad at herself. She normally watches the Giro dβItalia on TV, but she missed the entire thing this year. She in envious that your folks got to see even a tiny 3 seconds of it. Of course, we all would rather see you Loulou, so thanks for posting a selfie. When on earth are your folks coming home? XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, angel Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer, Kizmet, Audrey & Raleigh
Well, mama would have loved your company, mom. And who knows anything around here?
Well they had three seconds of bike racing and you’ve had a whole day of gracefully draping yourself over cushions to nap and relax…….I think you had the BETTER DAY Loulou!
Hugs, Teddy
When I look at it that way, it makes sense! Merci, Teddikins.
Naps are always a good solution, no matter what is going on!
When in doubt, conk out.
haz dee mum bin drinking too much Chianti???
HAHA, she wishes! Dee mum drinks very little in her latest indulgence days, as wine gives her a headache, but maybe you’re right!
Obviously, Loulou, your humans need you by their side always to keep them on the straight and narrow.
Boy, do they ever! And they are out today watching the end of the big bicycle race, the Giro d’Italia, which ended in Rome. It took all of 3 seconds for them to see the guys whiz by. Then they went home, just around the corner.
It might be fun to see such a large contingent of racing bikes all at once…whee…whizzzzzz!
Enjoy your nap in peace, far away from all that clamor, LouLou.
Its ok wih the extra selfie day…now we got to see you twice!
Well, THEY did! I will report tomorrow!
Has your mom left you to look after the castle again, Loulou? I’m sure it is in good hands. Maybe I should nip around and we can share a pizza or other fine foods of the region, then practice long stretches π
ERin
HEY, Erin, you are welcome and that sounds like a PLAN!
That is a truly gorgeous selfie, LouLou! It’s one of Caspurr’s favourite poses too!
Merci, you sweet kitty Caspurr. We kitty’s know how to pose, right?
Caspurr, you are one beautiful guy!!!
Oh Loulou, what would we do without you … to bring us a daily smile!
Well, I’m glad that happens, but sometimes I get off on political grrrrrrrs …can’t help it in this weird world but I do hope to stay positive.
We love that second shot, Loulou!
The Tour de France came through our town a few years ago and literally only lasted about 30 seconds!
Purrs,
The Chans
Hey, here today, gone today, right? Those guys really haul whatever it is they haul! And the Tour de France-WOW. They don’t come near our little ville.
