My spark for today (and other days often) is this:
A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor’s book.
Well, mama was feeling funny in the tummy from a weird tomato (NOT ours) someone had given her, and I had absolutely NO help with my Sunday selfie. And if anyone needed a long sleep to recover, it was me mama.
So here it is, my selfie, that is, not a long sleep:
I think that is Bat Cat behind me in the shadows….
Sleeping in the sun is the best!
Oh, you and I are masters of that, uh master and mistress of that.
oh no shame your poor mama, Loulou. I’m glad she’s feeling better today. Such a sweet, serene selfie – love it.
Merci, Militza, we see that the temperature in SA is fairly normal, as here it was HOT.
Of course you need your sleep and sunbathings and as long as you hold still, the shadow won’t move🌞We hope your momma is fine now, LouLou, that sounded like a fairytale with an apple🙈🙏 Double Pawkisses for a Happy Week ahead🐾😽💞
Maybe it was a wicked witch, but it was over quickly. And my shadow did not move. Nor did I, haha.
Awwww….sorry your Mama had a “bad” tummy from a DANGEROUS tomato! I’m sure you took excellent care of her!
Hugs, Teddy
Well, mama had never HEARD of a bad tomato but it was NOT from our garden….
That’s a very nice sunny selfie Loulou!
Merci, Mr B and glad to join your hop ALWAYS.
I am sorry your mama was sick. I hope she feels better. I do see the bat cat. 🙂 XO
Mama is fine, fine, fine as wine in the summertime, they used to say, whatever that means.
Oh Dear ! Tomatoes are usually so acidic that unless they get mildewed in the garden they are kind of hard to turn (though our huMom was surprised to find that a quarter of a jar of salsa that had gotten shoved to the back of the fridge for a month had turned into a science project. Needed more jalapenos ?). We hope Mama is better by now and no other humans or kitties were harmed. Purrs.
Mama is fine and yes those things that stay at the back and then appear and leap out of their containers are pretyy formidable. Especially that grey mold that covers whatever is underneath, haha.
mum always uses that spark when dee werld gitz to be too much
Which is often, non? So glad it can help and it helps us, too.
Here’s hoping your meowmy’s tummy is much better now, Loulou.
Tummy fine, now time to rub MINE.
You sure found a nice sunny spot to relax in for your selfie.
I hope your Mama feels much better, soon!
Merci, Meezer’s Mews & TerrieristicalWoofs, how we love your blog title and you two doggies.
