“Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.” — Henry Ford
Maybe this is like The Little Engine That Could, if anyone remembers that children’s book.
But I loved this quote because the more you think about it, the more it makes sense. I think, haha.
So I leave you today to ponder Henry’s wisdom. I wonder if he ever dreamed that cars would plug in like an appliance?
May your week be strong!
That’s a profound Spark, Loulou. It’s all in the mind.
Yep, it’s all in the mind, if the mind is open like the parachute that only functions when…
I’m sorry … what is the question?! I was too distracted by that picture of your belly, Loulou!
Ooh lala, even WE can’t remember the question. Oh, boy, need more caffe this morn…
My Mom had that book AND has read that story to many kids through the years she was babysitting other people’s kids. Everyone loves that story. AND it’s inspiring too isn’t it. “I think I can” is something that we should ALL remember when we’re about to take on a project!
Hugs, Teddy
Mama loved it and kids love it and where are those kinds of books now?
“I think I can, I know I can” – what a great story it is, Loulou. Very inspirational.
Little Engine was such a favorite and so true. Mama still quotes it….
Oh, yes, we loved those books, and we still even have them all in a box along with many others…,cannot bear to part with them…hoping maybe one day before I have dememtia (Hopefully never), to read them to grands…no hope for that at this time, though…sigh…
Well, don’t give up. They come when they come, if. And if not, c’est la vie. Kids do what they do….
The more you think aboout that quote, the more obvious it becomes !
Oui, and it took some thinking on our parts to decipher what it means…
Great spark. And I love the photo of you. XO
Merci, Ms Ellen, and we are always glad when you like our sparks. You ARE a spark!
Wishing you a strong week too, Loulou and Pawrents!
Ha ha you got my drift! But a strong week is what we need around here.
