Can this happen? Mama and papa and I think so.
I am reading more and more about countries (136 now and more to come) supporting a two-state resolution for Israel and Palestinians. One cannot say Palestine of course because there really isn’t one.
Yet.
If that were to happen on Obama’s watch, it would certainly repair the often-maligned feathers in his cap often crushed by self-serving opponents to his bills. At least we have health insurance for all, a beginning of pollution resolution, a start to immigration reform, and support and success with the gay rights’ movement. These at least contribute somewhat to strengthening the global respect that America has lost beginning with the Bush administration. Of course he may not succeed in Pakistan, Afghanistan and other areas controlled by the Taliban. But it is a start to be part of a middle east pact for a two-state resolution.
Peace in the middle east can only enhance the societies of two factions heen warring for thousands of years.
Enough already. But mama thinks that war and fighting are habits for many, and a very difficult to break, just like a drug or food habit. One gets used to the symbiosis (unhealthy, in this case) and cannot envision life without this damaging attachment.
I’m fairly certain, however, that the domestic creatures belonging to Israeli and Palestinian families have been freely crossing their borders for a long time…
And they are not stopped by gunfire.
Then again, animals are not shackled by narrow beliefs.
Hey, I can live with THESE guys. Why can’t anthros do the same…?
If only the apes would look to other species and see how we all can get along, the world would be so much happier. We love these pictures, each beastie, giving and getting something good from each other.
The ape thinks your Mama is so smart about people being scared to live with the absence of something bad, filling that hole with love and peace is the only way

Well, I would love to meet your ape because I think we all have things in common…lots of good things. Thank you, Mungo.
