WOW, those guys are something else!!! I’m so proud of these American warriors.
The shooting happened just before 6pm in the last carriage of the train, which was carrying 554 passengers. The man had several weapons in his luggage, including a Kalashnikov, an automatic pistol and razor blades. (Guardian UK)
Boy, is that something? I saw this on the news with my kitty-sitter! Talk about thinking on your feet! Or whatever you have…
Those guys are amazing, and how fortunate for the travelers that these men had the presence to tackle the Moroccan terrorist who was going to open fire on passengers.
Is it really true that the train’s personnel locked themselves away and did not help passengers?
Well, the story is yet to unfold, but hats off to those Three Musketeers who averted a terrible attack on civilians.
Why is there no security check for trains?
When will they begin to x-ray luggage?
Why can’t we have three soliders like these in every train car from now on?
Hey, one riot, one ranger, but it seems to work very well in threes!
Thank you, all three, for your brave deeds.
I wish I could shake your paws.
Paws up to these brave men!
But what a shocking event—on a TRAIN!
Hello LouLou it is nice to meet a new member of the Sunday Selfie Blog Hop! *shakes paw * We agree with your comments too. Heroes indeed.
Hi,Harvey, Miranda, and Silver…nice to meet you!
It’s nice to have heroes handy. We recently read a news story of a teenager who saw fear in the eyes of a woman at a bus stop and instead of walking away, he bought the “couple” bus tickets and a meal and gave them money – all to buy time till he could call the police to arrest the guy – an ex-boyfriend, if we remember correctly.
Very astute observer.
We saw these heroes on the local news (!)
There ARE still everyday heroes. Isn’t that wonderful? Their families should be proud of these men!
