WE FORGOT! But now we remember…
Well, we should have posted this yesterday but here’s our Earth Day tribute from our garden.
A magnificent golden sunny butterfly, uh, the color of, butter! Keep our earth healthy and plant sage, which bees and flutterbys alike LIKE!
We should celebrate Earth Day every day.
YES, I agree whole earthally.
What a beautiful butterfly against a more beautiful backdrop!
It’s the sage that’s so lovely this time of year and bees love it.
Yes, it’s the sage that attracts them and many bees. LOVE YOUR TORTIE!!!!
We’ve seen several butterflies but not as many as we will once it STAYS warm. We have cold days still and I’m sure butterflies are in their beds under the covers like we are on cold days!
Hugs, Teddy
Yes, Butterfly Beds are a good place to stay right now. We say there, too.
That’s a beautiful butterfly, LouLou, I wish it flew out of our butter dish, how magical would that be😸Pawkisses for a Happy Earth Day…that must be every day 😉 🐾😽💞
Wow, what a great idea.
SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!!! We haven’t seen butterflies yet – wonder how they taste (JUST JOKING!) And such color next to the flowers!!! Haven’t seen our bird since yesterday morning – hope she didn’t build another nest! Mamma and Papa love getting a quick peek at her – and her “boyfriend” stays right by her side. Soooooo sweet!
Love the birds and bees!!!
Beautiful photos for Earth Day.
Thank you. Mama got so excited about that flutterby. I hope more come soon.
Very pretty Loulou, we like the purples!
Sage attracting lots of bees and toasted, really good on pasta with butter.
What a pretty flutterby!
Yes, they have begun to arrive with spring but I didn’t know they liked SAGE!
