WHAT IS THAT, MAMA?
Well, I have to be really careful with the telling of this adventure, because this little darling is NOT a typical mouse but a loir, protected by law by the French government! And is this little darling cute or what?
He was lured to this have-a-heart trap by a piece of feta. Maybe he’s Greek, haha. But mama’s hero (papa) took the sweetie up the street to a large piece of property where life would be interesting and perhaps a new life would be found…
Mama even wants to snoggle that tummy. ARGGGGGH. MAMA!!!!
And are those little paws the cutest things you have ever seen? ARGGGGGH….things are getting pretty weird around here, but I’m sure we could have been friends, heh heh.
PS Mama can’t even say the name of this tiny creature.
We’ll do our art with our Sunday Selfie. After this traumatic morning I really need a rest…
zzzzzzzz
I think I could be furiends with that mousie! ~Murphy
Awww…Murph, such a kind kitty are you. I’ll bet you’d be a really …uh…interesting friend.
Gosh we never heard of a loir before but know what? I agree with everyone else who said he’s cute…..I know I sure wouldn’t be able to hurt him if I ran across him somewhere. I’m glad he was “relocated” to a safe spot. We’ve never had a mousie in the housie here – we did have a bat flying around in the basement once when Mom accidentally left the basement door open one early and dark morning – oops – but it flew out on its’ own so I didn’t get to have a “meeting” with him!!!!!
Hugs, Teddy
OMC…mama would have gone BATTY!!!!
Grandma and Grandpa had an actual mouse in the house and it chewed through the dishwasher hose and flooded the kitchen and now the kitchen has to be rebuilt.
This little guy is cute, but I’ll bet he would chew stuff, too, because they all have teeth they need to wear down, so I’m glad it was caught and rehomed.
Re-homing is a great way to say it!! WOW…so sorry about the kitchen. These little critters eat only fruit but yes, chewing is their fun!
Well, it is rather cute, but best not to be living in the house, Angle Loulou.
OUI I agree and I’m glad, frankly, that papa took care of it…mice used to make me a bit nervous….
Oh that little loir rodent really is a cutie pie!
Isn’t it, thought? But we’re glad he has found another hone…
Glad you saved him. 🙂 XO
Oh, mama has been using havaheart traps forever for various little critters.
Hmmm ! Quite an experience LouLou !!
We just hope that critter finds another kitchen….well, maybe not, but somewhere else to dine.
That’s a very cute guy. Wish we found a loir in our garden😸😸Thank you for your Birthday wishes for our Granny and Angel Binky, sweet Angel LouLou💗Double Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend🐾😽💞
OOOHHH, I’ll bet you two would give it a run for its money, haha. You are always welcome, you two …er…three.
He sure is a cute little one!
