Meeting Mya, my doggy friend.
Well, we love unlikely friends.
Because you never know who is going to become a close companion, especially when you first meet another animal different from you. Think of all the lovely kitty and doggy relationships that exist in the world, not to mention all of the other amazing combinations.
Would that anthros could put aside their prejudices and embrace differences. Especially now that so many problems in the world demand that we work unified.
Too bad donkeys and elephants aren’t frolicking together..

Thee are so many wonderful stories of unlikely animal friends !
Oh, what a sweet, sweet story….thank you. And mama LOVES hippos, especially their ears when they surface because they twirl around, so cute-ly.
Nice to meet your friend. 🙂
Well, you are my friend, too, a good one.
Bessie, the doggy in my house, reminds me of the donkey in that photo. She has a long snout, short legs, and floppy ears. Tee hee hee.
Lou Lou! Cinnamon and Us think that Dogs and Cats can be great furrends. We have loved all our hairy slobbery sisters and they have loved us! Have a marvellously Happy Day!
Oh, that is possibly damning with faint praise, haha, but I agree.
We need different friends, they bring us new insights and new perspectives we might not otherwise encounter. They are a breath of fresh air.
Yes, vive la difference!
You have that right Loulou. The humans really need to learn from we anipals
Boy, do they ever!
You are very wise LouLou and you give good advice!
Well, it’s fun to have different types of friends, right? Everyone has something…
