Haha, I’ve forgotten what she should have done or didn’t do, haha.
Oh my gooodness…those eggs. When our huMom lived on a farm she often helped wash and weigh and pack the eggs before they went to the store and she saw a lot of eggs that sort of looked like these. You had to scrub the brown stuff off carefully…if you know what we mean.
What are “tea eggs”?
You boil eggs in water saturated with strong tea. Then you crack them all over and let them sit in the tea and the tea colors the eggs all marble-y. Or should have……
