You will observe that I cover my TAIL first to thaw it out!
Well, it is really cold here, and I mean, COOOOLD. Every time I want to go out the garden for whatever, mama says, LOULOU, you are going to freeze your little tail and then what?
And I know she means my actual TAIL, not just as in freezing one’s tail.
We with tails have to watch out for that. Because it would be very difficult to sleep with a stiff frozen tail, that’s for sure. And we can’t impede sleeping in any way, right? It would feel sort of like being a popsicle, I think.
My solution is to bury myself in the duvet and not budge for hours. Let THEM make fires and eat hot soups and dress like the Michelin man, whoever he is, while I languish in the comfort of goose feathers.
Wait a minute. Is there a goose in here, too?
Haha, just kidding…
You have the right idea, Loulou. Stay there til spring. 🙂
You look lovely and cosy, Loulou.
Oh, it is a lovely duvet, summer weight so not so hot.
HAHA!!!! We have it so good, Loulou – but papa drags me out for WALK in this freezing weather!! We don’t have the Tramontane, so it’s no so bad. Mama tells me stories about how in Collioure, she thought Pepper would just take off like a kite on days like that, so she held his leash tight! Well, when I come to visit, I’ll share my poussette if you teach me how to use the toilet! Enough of thee winter walks!!
Oh, what fun to exchange knowledge, haha. Not sure you’d fit on my john but what the heck!
You Mama should get you a heated blanket 🙂
She did, and I jumped off of it all the time and snuggled between her knees so we gave it to a lady here who has 4 kitties and the old one LOVES it.
Maybe a goose is what Jan needs. Well, not actually a goose, but a goose down quilt or something. She is wearing a coat inside and is still c-o-l-d! Keep your tail warm.
Good advice, hahaa. Everyone should keep his/her tail warm. I hear that geese make good pets and watchgeese.
I love the last picture especially, LouLou !
One of my outdoor cats must be sleeping on his tail for extra warmth because the fur is flattened out when he appears in the morning ~
Uh, oh, the famous Flat Tail Syndrome! Maybe you could use it as a butter-spreader?
