It’s important to get in the right frame of mind for this.  (Frame of mind photo above.)

Well, some of you are aware of this, but only if you have four paws, haha.  I can’t speak for those two-clawed, 10-fingered creatures or slinky sliders and rattlers or, for example, those guys with 8 or 100 legs, whatever they are!

To get to the point, snoozing is an art.  A FINE art.  Make that A FINE ART.

So today, out of my extensive dossier on snooziness, I’m putting in some pointers for those of you who indulge in The Fine Art of Zs and would like to become an expert.

And I would also love to have any suggestions about how to hone and fine-tune this rather time-consuming process of getting enough beauty rest to present oneself to the public in top form.  Merci and bonne nuit to all.

The Exercise Pose.  Here I am trying to reach my toes, but failed.  Still, a good stretch for the vertebrae.  Tone while you sleep is my motto!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Er…a post to be avoided at all costs.  Note the especially vulnerable tummy.  Hey, just ANYONE could come along and rub it, right?  On second thought, maybe practice this one a bit more, haha.  Even if it does look as if..well…we won’t go there.

I forgot: Always try to put your paws up for perfect circulation.  No spider veins for us kitties.  Wait a minute…do spiders have veins?
