Maybe I should stay right here, no?
Well, it is really cold right now because the tramontane has blown in, bringing chilly, chilly air and lots of wind.
And here I am going in and out and in and out and mostly in, if you get my drift.
But I WANT to go OUT.
But I don’t want to STAY out.
Ever get that feeling, kitties of the world?
And mama goes nuts opening and closing the door.
I think we need one of those personal doors around here, just for ME.
But, mama and papa put one in their other house years ago and came downstairs to find a RACCOON eating the kitty food.
So we’re thinking long and hard about this quandary.
Meanwhile, mama has already closed the shutters for tonight!
BUT MAMA, I NEED TO GO OUT!!!
And then, in.
It’s much safer inside, maybe that’s why the raccoon wanted in to eat. Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
You are so welcome. LOVE the hops.
Hey Loulou, if you wear a collar you could get a door which reads a tag on your collar. Or even your microchip. Then the racoons wouldn’t be able to get in – unless you let them.
We have a cat flap inside our house on the lounge door so it can be closed to stop the cold air coming in from the hallway. It has two sliders on it so it can be stopped from opening either way or both ways or open both ways. For inside the house we don’t need it, but that is another option.
Yes, we have seen those at the animal store but are just trying to find the right place to put one. It may have top be in one of our French doors and they are fragile. But love the info and thank you…more to come.
Well, Loulou – protest against the door since that fat cat that hangs around will be coming through eating your kibbles!! But not nearly as interesting as a raccoon!! WOW! Papa walks me 4 times a day – and when it’s a LONG walk, we all go and I ride in my poussette! THAT’S what you need. We’ll try mine – just in your back yard……
Oh, to have you in our back yard!!!!
And then out. And then in. And then – Keep it up, Loulou. Confuse the daylights out of your poor mama. That’s what we furries live for with our humans.
Good, good advice, Farmer kitties.
stay in where it is warm, cozy and SAFE!!
Yes, one has to take precautions against those falling leaves!
That is why WE do not have a kitty door…possums, skunks, the big Tomcat next door…
Our big wind must have blown over to you,
Maybe the door that only opens for the kitty wearing the magnetic collar, but that sounds too complicated for me AND who knows when the magnet might stop working and I’m being chased by a monster@
