Your image made me think about unity…and cats…and purrs…and pleasant things. I was glad for a few minutes to think on pleasant things. THIS launch is a sad occasion for peace bloggers, as we are in the midst of conflict as we do what we do. And that is why I love peace bloggers (and peace “posters” on social media now, too) because once a peace blogger, always a peace bloggers. We lift each other up. This year I pray that our efforts travel straight to the heart of Ukraine.
Well, you were wonderful to begin this years ago and we are honored to honor your Blog for Peace right now with this terrible, horrendous autocrat moving his country around like chess pieces and discarding those he feels don’t work with the game. An article in The Atlantic is by an ex-marine who is fighting in Ukraine, who went on his own to fight alongside the Ukraianians and he says he has NEVER seen fighters like them, that is is the most amazing fighting force he has ever seen.
Whoa, Loulou!
This image sorta reminds me of my youthful days, when we all imbibed in mind-altering items…
Oh, I mean, a friend told me about THEIR youthful days…
Mama is giggling. As well she might…has no idea what you are talking about, haha.
I am purring for peace. ~Ernie
Yes, Ernie, and that is helping enormously.
We’ve been participating in Blog for Peace with Mimi for years….this special Opportunity to support the Ukraine is importantfor all of us!
Hugs, Teddy
We have, too, and it’s a wonderful thing Mimi did.
Great initiative, Loulou. Thanks for sharing. Love your kaleidoscope pics.
You are welcome and thanks to the Blog for Peace idea so long ago by a very smart cookie.
Merci Loulou! I’m for peace too – and what’s going on in Ukraine is terrible!! Doggies, cats and children and old people who can’t get out. Putin is a MONSTER!!!
King of monsters. I wish you could get your front teeth into HIM!
M3 TOO – but he would probably KILL me! Unless Mamma shot him – ?
YOUR bite, Mya, could be very lethal very fast!
We’ll be in on the Blog4Peace Ukraine too!
Wonderful that it was begun so long ago and continues.
Those of us who don’t blog are joining you and purraying for peace !
Every little bit is a huge step for peace, blogger or not.
Fantastic kaleidoscope LouLou!
LUNAPIC…love that discovery! I have always wanted to be multi-faceting.
Beautiful kaleidoscope. I pray for peace everywhere, especially The Ukraine. XO
We do too, Ellen, and hope so much someone will get RID of this maniac soon. Unforgiveable.
Love the kaleidescope LouLou and what a wonderful post – PEACE!
Merci but it is all we think about every day…the Ukrainian people, their animals, their homes, the war crimes being committed agaist innocent, peace-loving Ukrainians. A monster in their midst who MUST be stopped. But he is surrounded by safety nets. We just want a big hole to show up in one….
That’s a most impurressive kaleidescope, LouLou!
Well, thanks to kind and helpgul feline bloggers mama JUST learned that she could use lunapic…DUH.
