Well, y0u won’t believe this, but mama was in the kitchen trying to get something out of a cabinet and she was almost hit in the noggin by a heavy flying object! NOT a UFO, but a tightly packed square of avena, oatmeal, that papa has for breakfast, and it suddenly decided to hurl itself at mama.
Hey, you have to watch out in kitchens! You never know what is going to be flying out of open cupboards and trying to whack you upside the head!
I had better warn mama that there is yet another package of farro (spelt) that just might come flying out of that same place and she should wear her kitchen crash helmet, haha.
Maybe I should wear one, too, just in case a kibble box decides to take flight!
Do you think this would protect me? It’s hard and made of papier mâché, whatever that is!
Plus I think cereal killers are afraid of PIGS!
oh my!!!! Thank COD it didn’t hit Mama!! (But…have to say, my husband would probably LOVE that oatmeal! He eats oatmeal every morning). Cody has a treat dispenser that I keep telling my husband to NOT put on top of the fridge but he keeps putting it there…it’s constantly falling on me when I open the freezer and I can’t stand it!
Hey, bombarded with TREATS! Heaven!
I don’t know about the mask being any protection, but it does look hilarious Loulou.
Yes, I can change my persona at will, haha.
LOL – Loulou, can I come for a visit, Your kitchen sounds like a FUN place to be!! Nothing I like better than flying food!!! Mama dropped a cookie yesterday – and guess who grabbed it and ran!? Mama called me a petit cochon – does that mean PIG!?
Actually I think it means little cute as a bug pig.
Yes, watch out for flying boxes, ouch!
OH, NO. Another one soared across the kitchen. Better not to rearrange shelve…
Loulou, your “helmet” is so cute. Not easy to wander around the flat with this on, I guess.
It is a known fact that kitchens are dangerous spots, so I suggest that whenever your mama is busy cooking, you stay safely under the bed.
On n’est jamais trop prudent !
OUI, et céréale qui vole!!! Horreur.
Wow a real potential cereal killer on the loose in your kitchen. Glad your mom survived. Tell her to duck next time before she opens the cupboard, just to be safe.
Hey, are ducks good at that? I’ll tell her.
Gosh, that photo is a bit disconcerting, LouLou. How well papier-mache might work as a crash helmet probably depends on the wright of the item being dropped on you. Cooked oatmeal might be less of a risk !
HEY, flying cooked oatmeal. Now that would be FUN!
I don’t think it would protect you, but it is funny 🙂 Glad your mama is OK.
Maybe mama will let me wear the other masks…they are pretty funny. I think I made a mistake, they are made from coconut shells.
