WHAT IS GOING ON DOWN THERE?
Well, once again I was awakened from my post-petit-dejeuner dream state on papa’s side of MY comfortable bed by a LOUD vacuum-cleaner thingy that seemed to be sucking up the whole house but which turned out to be the ramonage of our fireplace…the yearly chimney cleaning so that we can once again space out in front of a few nice little embers and be WARM!

Which reminds me, I think mama neglected to give me part of my breakfast.
So I guess being awake might have its rewards after all…

Oh my word, Loulou. Vacuum cleaners are so useful, but terribly noisy. But hey, at least you get to enjoy the fire.

Loulou – did you make good use of that fire and maybe roast some mouse or pigeon? Well, maybe the regular food might be better on second thought…. We went to Romolo’s yesterday – I know the way – Mama said “Romolo” when we got out of the car and I lead them right to the restaurant! But you know what my treat was? A tiny piece of bread. Next time we’ll see where I lead them…….
Oh, you are so funny. BREAD and that’s all? It’s raining cats and dogs here, you’d have fun. POURING but unfortunately into mama’s office….they are going to Barcelona for day but the rain is supposed to stop at Figueras, wherever that is.
