Well, I’ve been thinkin’….maybe just few shots of where we are right now would be in order. Plus it’s midnight and I’m beat!!! I did gather a few pics of where mama shops in the open market, and a couple of nice doorways one passes on walks, and a lovely new pink moon (it wasn’t pink but the camera was!) and a couple of Mexican street singers doing background music with Juan Tanamera (NO, NO, just kidding…Guantanamera, but mama always heard it as Juan). Beautiful song…
Campo de’ fiori (and there ARE flowers here, just didn’t get a shot)
More choices!
Porcini and chanterelles galore! Must have rained somewhere…
Well, not pink moon, but pink sky. And warm weather…so nice for October
Someone’s courtyard.
Someone else’s entrance to somewhere!
More market shopping, this time on a bike (not mama, someone else).
I think I have to snooze now. I started this blog way too late today but it was a crowded 24 hours. I’ll be up and at ’em tomorrow, whatever that means.
Mama came in to give me a nighty night snuggle. That’s what I needed after this long day of shooting…
It is BEAUTIFUL where you are and my Mom is drooling over the outdoor market!
Oh, that market is really droolable. Mama goes hogwild at that market! Whatever that means.
Looks like you weren’t too tired for snuggles, Loulou.
Tres cute, Loulou! (I love when Heather holds my hand like that.)
Yes, and I do that often!!!
Well, snuggles, music, delicious fresh food, fabu surroundings and a pink evening sky – who could ask for anything more!!?? And, somewhere in Mexico, I’ll bet there IS a guy named Juan Tanamera. How cool would that be, teehee!! Meanwhile, I’m living it up – grandanthro Mahé spoiling me with hugs and kibbles for the week, and last night tonton Marc and tata Muriel spoiling me with caresses and cherry tomatoes!!!! The good life in Port Vendres!!! Are we lucky gals or WHAT!!!???
Hey YOU are a hot tomato yourself, Mya. And I think you may be helping your mama’s stepgrandanthro in many ways.
Love seing the photos. Roaming around. Sweet dreams.

Just thought I’d leave a litle nighty night note
Oh, Keila, mama is so glad to hear from you and so am I.
Nice mushrooms and of course you are adorable.
Mamma made a risotto out of those. Num, num, but I couldn’t have any because of the vino.
Great photos! Hope you have a good night’s sleep so you can stagger through another busy day. Love the pink sky.
Yes, sometimes smog can be so pretty!
