I’m leaving this little problem to better problem solvers…zzz
Puppy pads, that is.
This is where I …er…whatever.
It has worked well before but now I seem to…uh, miss the pads every now and then. Any ideas will be welcome…
But mama says to say that we are VERY thankful for puppy pads, VERY thankful.
And also so very appreciative of all your very kind thoughts about my little aberation…
It could be just age, but seriously, the idea of one for pee and one that other thing?
Mama is just not going along with that one yet, but it was a great idea!
I do not know why I have rejected the GARDEN! And it NEEDS my help right now!
lou lou maybe your tootsie are tender, maybe your need to moisturize
I don’t have any suggestions for you, Loulou, but at least you’re kinda in the box. 😉
Well, I’m doing better now that mama took out some of my litter. I seem to like less litter and feel better using it, go figure.
Well, that I am.
My Mom (who is older than dirt…) says when you get older it’s amazing that anyone remembers ANYTHING – including how to behave in the toilet (tee hee) so the fact you know where your litterbox IS deserves some recognition. The fact you may or may not (!) have good aim is beside the point (or is it beside the box?). No worries dear Loulou – your Mama and Papa are there to help you no matter what happens in la toilette!
Love, Teddy
Yes…yes…? Including? Ha ha…
I am doing better now that mama removed some of my litter. I like less litter and used my box four times on the mark!
Shame, Loulou. We are all getting older and have our quirks. I’m glad that your mama has put some puppy pads out for you.
Well, yes they do help when….
It could be just age. When my angel Lucy was older, she started peeing outside the box. Did your mama get your Dr. Elsey’s litter yet? XO
We are waiting for Dr Elsey’s treatment of litter, which is guaranteed to help but with less litter, I am actually doing it in the box again. Weird.

We are waiting for the Dr Elsey spray for litter boxes to attract me.
Oh Loulou, we wish we could help with your ‘duality’ issue.
Our Celestial Chuck used the box for pee, but when he wasn’t feeling well, he’d make his deposits in the middle of the floor, and various other locations.
We felt he was telling us he wasn’t feeling well, and in the end, he was on many meds to combat his intestinal woes.
He was embarrassed to NOT use the box, but he couldn’t help it.
We didn’t get mad; we kept looking for answers.
Well, mama and papa never get mad at me, and now that I have less litter, I think it’s going to improve. Something as simple as that…
Yes, puppy pads aren’t just for puppies anymore. Whatever works is a plus. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
Oh, those puppy pads could be called P Ps, haha.
There are human-sized disposal bed pads that are like giant puppy pads (just go to the adult section of the sanitary supplies, nt the pet dept.) One pad should be big enough to fit under the whole litter box. We agree it would be better if this could all be figured out. Maybe separate boxes for # 1 and # 2 is the answer.
Well, Ms Ellen suggested that, too, but there is not enough room to have them side by side and I would have to have four, two upstairs and two downstairs, which means there really is not room at all.
lou lou, are dee side ov dee box too high?? dee mum lovez dee fabric in dee first photo
The box is very low, actually. And the fabric is a bedspread from a company called Granfoulard, which mama loves. Merci, we love that one too.
Well our Gandy would raise his heinie when he diddled, so we got a storage box with high sides and cut a door in it for him and it worked for us. We have pics and instructions on our DIY page of our website if you want to check it out.
Our old man cat often misses the litter box and pees partially next to it. Mom goes crazy about that, but for him it is an old cat thing.
Well, puppy pads it is! They work so well and the old man can stop worrying you. He probably can’t get into the box quickly enough.
