Those donks are at it again. Not sure what ‘it’ is but they are making the most amazing donkey hee-haws this evening and I think mama feels she needs to go CODDLE them with over the edge avocados and elderly carrots and not so fresh apples, which they chew up as fast as she can put them out in her hand.
I say to her that she had better watch those teeth, but she tells me that those donks have the sweetest lips.
Would you kiss these lips, I ask you?
Is she joking? “Sweet” is not the description I would use for donkey lips!! Kitty lips, maybe. But mama says they just nibble with their “cute” little lips and they feel like velvet.
Gimme a break.
NO, NO, I am NOT jealous, but I think tonight when I have my cocktail with mama and papa, I’m heading for that other glass…
Hey, wait a minute. Do kitties have lips?
Ewww! We would never kiss a donkey.
Well, mama is still pondering the possibility, I think.
Come now, Loulou. Donkeys are the cutest, and definitely have kissable lips. I have to side with your mama on this one.
Uh, oh, I think I need augmentation…
Ooooh, you are wise Loulou. I would go for a glass that hasn’t been touched by donkey lips, LOL – but they are soooo cute! But hey, if their lips touched kibbles or cherry tomatoes – I’d still have to go for it. I guess dogs are a lot less picky…….
Well, I know one who is, haha.
Those donkey pals of yours are pretty darn cute!!!
They really are, and then there is Pompinette, the mule. we don’t know what she/he is.
LOL Good move to the other glass MOL!!!
Well, mama came and disappeared it before I could reach it…
In my limited experience with horses, I quickly learned to offer a treat with my hand palm up and flat. Horses can nip your fingers with the best of them !
Of course kitties have lips – pink patent leather lips !
PATENT LEATHER? Gotta check my mirror. But donkeys never bite and yes, flat paw, always.
Nice to see donkeys. I miss the ones from Marg’s blog.
Oh, yes, those were sweet donks.
