Yay, yay, we’re all shook up!
I ATE last night and really had fun with both wet and dry. Papa sticks his finger in the kibble and shuffles it around and then I eat, bad little pampered kitty that I am…
BUT, mama also gave me a little wee…er…nip…and I loved rolling around after that hit, haha. So maybe things are looking more normal.
In this heat it’s hard to move quickly and nimbly, whatever that is, because we are all flattened while Mr Sun shines.
Mama also put this weird creature in the pic, withou even ASKING! It is an Ondine de Cornue tomato 🍅 and it’s the FIRST of our crop.
Bodes well, no? We ate it with a little salt and olive oil but I’m not big on tomatoes.
Maybe mama planted a kibble bush! I’ll keep my eyes open for that one…
I eat ll the time – Mammahad to go two kiné this bmorningv- that’s why I’m late!!! And then Pappa made chicken and rice – and I hadto taste it! Can’t wait to see you in September!!!M
We shall be here, and our two friends from Vancouver will be here in PV near the poissonerie (above it) for the first two weeks in Sept.
I wrote te last one!!!
I didn’t wrie this!
It’s confusing, I think, but I don’t think you are hacked.
A Kibble Bush! What a great idea! I’ve never seen a tomato like that! Sounds like Papa’s food method worked like a charm!
Papa is my food purveyor after mama dolls it up trying to fool me with freeze-dried, but I am wise to her wilyness. Is that a word?
I’m glad you’re eating more, Loulou! You eat like I do, lying down. ~Ernie
Oh, dear Ernie, are your back legs giving you trouble, too? Nice to have a rest while munching, no? And do you have a good appetite?
Glad that you’re eating more, Loulou. Enjoy that sunshine and drink loads of water.
I am floating away with mama beside me, haha.
You look TIBE – I”m overweight and getting lighter! BUT I still go walking and play!!
Oh, to play. I just don’t have the energy in this HEAT but I roll around for mama and papa, looking cute.
8 d!dn’t say rhii!
OOPs. That would have worked.
I didn’t write this – hacked!
I don’t know what THIS is.
How wonderful to see you having fun and enjoying some food sweet Loulou!
YES, mama dolls it up with freeze-dried and now I have a new one called CORE that is really tasty so maybe my finicky-ness is over (haha or paying off).
Hooray!! You ate!! Keep it up, sweetie!
That looked like a squashed tomato, but I think maybe its supposed to look like that! I don’t eat them…but I do love them and feel tempted to have some from a farmer’s market…the freshest we can get, unless we grow them…that is hard here, too many black walnut trees around…even if they’re in pots. And its a constant battle with the big green caterpillars who eat them bare…and ruin the fruits, too.
OH, those HORNWORMS – eautiful but deadly!!! Mama used to snip them in half with garden scissors….cruet mama, but there were always TWO as they travel and eat in pairs. We don’t have them in France. But black walnuts, yum. They make a wonderful liqueur….
You are such a cutie. I am so glad you ate and scored some nip. XO
Yes, nip and a new food that I seem to like. I am a bit tired of this svelte look….
Hooray you are eating! That deserves a little nip time LouLou, enjoy.
Yes, and some for mama and papa, too, as they are so relieved.
LouLou we loved your description of that fresh REAL tomato ! And we are tickled pink to hear you are eating and keeping cool ! Purrs !
That tomato was out of this world. But I asked mama, “Only ONE?” Haha, she went looking for number 2 as they grow very slowly around here this year because of weather changes. We did find two more!!!
Yay, you’re eating ! We bet a little nip helps you feeling better too ! Purrs
I think that nip gives one an appetite, ne c’ est pas? Just like that other nippy stuff for anthros.
bruschetta!!!!!! an a glass of vino
Sounds good to us! With that fresh tomato feeding about 4 people, haha. We had it for lunch with oil/tiny drop of mama’s vinegar and a spot of balsamico…heaven.
Eat up, Loulou!
And that hot sun makes everyone cranky…unless you are a cat and just sleep the day away.
Well, I am under my cool bed in the guest room and my levels are getting smoothed out, so I am one happy camper.
A little nip is a good treat that’s for sure – especially the FRESH stuff! That tomato is interesting – looks a little like you might have rolled over it by mistake (tee hee) but my Mom says nothing is as tasty as a FRESH FROM THE VINE tomato with a little olive oil and salt….delish!
Hugs, Teddy
Wish they traveled…tomatoes, that is, not mama and papa! It is a funny shape ad supposed to look like a horn. The plant botched, haha.
