See, I’ve collected one already today and it’s only morning!
1. I collect __snuggles and rubs daily, as many as can fit on my little bod.
2. I recently treated myself to __sleeping in every doorway possible where there was traffic.
3. I used to __play more often__ back when __I was a younger kittie but now I have trouble with sports activities, except for nap yoga.
4. Though I have never __been a dog, I have __serious misgivings about EVER being one!!!!!
Well, maybe mama should have answered these, but I’m not sure you want to know what mama collects or what she DID “back when”….uh, oh.
Loulou, I’m good at nap yoga too. ~Ernie
Ah, I had a feeling about that, Ernie. Being awake is short, but sweet, and then, CONK!
Ooooohhhhhh…..nectarine sorbet – sounds purrrrfectly delightful to me and my Mom! I think collecting snoozes is a great hobby.
Hugs, Teddy
Cut up 3 ripe nectarines or peaches into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar, a dash of vanilla, a squeeze of lemon, and freeze. When you want the sorbet/ice cream, take out the frozen fruit, put the frozen fruit in the top of a processor or blender and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Turn on the appliance and add 1 small carton of heavy cream to the mix. In minutes you wll have a lovely soft nectarine ice cream and serve immediately.
Going to try this FOR SURE! Thanks…..sounds soooo refreshing…………. Hugs, Pam
Oh, it is, it is!
I was more younger too – and I laughed more! We’re all eetting OLD! I’m 15 , I think!
Oh, Mya, you are always young to us!
We love our pup friends but I’m happy being a cat too Loulou!
Oh we love our puppies, of course, just don’t wish to change my body, haha.
Great fill-ins LouKou ! Nap yoga is the best !
For mama and papa, too, haha.
Thanks for participating in the fill-ins, great answers LouLou. I
would love to give you some snuggles and rubs. 🙂 XO
Oh, we could all use those now, right? We’ll send some back to you and family.
I bet by now the count of your snuggles and rubs must be in the billions! Ahhh!
Benji is good at blocking doorways and other paths as well. Dalton seems to be more polite in that regard.
I always like your take on the fill ins, LouLOu!
Merci, but if mama filled in you could never surmise what might turn up there…and yes, billions and billions of snuggles, like billions of stars…
Loulou, you are adorable just as you are now!
Aw, shucks, wonder what that is in French! Love to you all, too.
the answer to #4 reminded Mom of a poem Mom used to know. I have never seen a purple cow, I never hope to see one, but I would rather see a purple cow than be one.
Although Mom has seen a purple cow. MOL when Grandpa had cows one got an infection and the medicine he put on it was PURPLE. It was only a little purple though as the medicine was just on the injury.
Maybe like the purple stuff for what kids used to get and were painted purple, or was it orange? Have to look that on up. LOve that poem.
We have a store that sells ice cream on the side and the name of that side store is Purple Cow Ice Cream!! LOL! And yes they do sell purple ice cream…from their purple cow, Bwahahaha!
HA HA we would LOVE to see that cow!!! Wish we had the ice cream on this hot day but mama made some nectarine sorbet that will have to do.
