Well, a very good blogger who does such nice flower and garden pics has suggested that we show our gardens, too, and so mama and I went out there for a photo shoot and had a ball! These bright corners of the garden might even brighten your political woes, haha.
Opening Night (well, opening morning around here)
Mama’s favourite, Sweet Love (shhh…don’t let the other roses hear that)
Grown from a cutting that our nice neighbour, Jean, gave to mama because she loved his.
Every corner of the garden has cappucines, or nasturtiums. They need no care!
Cappucines holding up the fava beans (broad beans) or maybe, vice versa!
Flowering sage, attracting lots of bees
Flowering thyme, attracting lots of stews and soups, haha
My nip, growing giant leaves this year (I think mama gave it drugs)
The inside garden
Well, we finished, and I just had to take a rest. A long, long, long, long, longzzzzzzzzz
MeOW LouLou those are some bootyful flowers. We really luv roses. You look even more bootyful surrounded by all those flowers.
Luv ya’
Dezi
I wish you could smell mama’s favourite, Sweet Love. Even I keel over with pleasure when my nose is in that rose.
Beautiful garden, the flowers are almost as pretty as you.
Oh, shucks, I’m just black and white and they are so colourful!
Goodness…your garden is beautiful!
Thank you for sharing it with us all…
Noodle and crew
Well, I DO help it along when I dig here and there, but I am very careful to avoid important plants. Still, mama sometimes wonders why one grows so much better than another, heh, heh.
You have a garden. A real garden. With flowers. Blooming. Our garden is nonexistent cause Jan has a black thumb. How pretty.
There are actually many things that a black thumb can grow because they grow by themselves. Those nasturtiums are one. Just plant ALOT of seeds and two or three are bound to come up. Cover with straw and wait. Water daily. Then they do their thing without any help. How about big cactus to keep Marcus in line…..?
What a beautiful garden, Loulou ! Your flowers are gorgeous ! Purrs
Well, mama says it is mulch that does the trick. Mulch, mulch and more mulch. It feeds the plants and weeds don’t like it. Thank you for enjoying!
