Sun worshiper…
Well, mama is going bonkers over nasturtium pesto and we’re just about to have a frost that will wipe out her pesto plants!
Darn. But it’s so good to know that mama can forage in the garden and come up with a pasta sauce, haha.
Wait a minute, that happens in summer with tomatoes. But the garden now is bleak and gray except for Bisky and the eternal flowers, and lemons,
So, into a blender or food processor go nasturtium leaves, lemon juice, salt, olive oil, grilled almonds and voila…that’s it.
As for me, I found a perfect sun puddle on the guest bed and I am GOING for it!
I need all the Vitamin D from sun I can get for my bones, haha.
I’ll bet nasturtiums have great bones, too.
They are always sunbathing…
Loulou, I hope you got to sample that sauce. I bet it is delicious!
Yes, I am allowed bechamel but not if it has booze in it. Whatever that is. The one for lasagna does NOT!
My cats love lounging in the sunny spots they find. They move around from one spot to the other…I sometimes envy them and their long, lazy days.
Boy, does mama, too, because we have no worries, mate, not like anthros!!
We would order from you but we are in FRANCE.
My cat loves sleeping under the sunlight peeking through my window pane. Sometimes, he makes me burst into laughter because he always tries to chase the light after some minutes, you know, the light rays change directions according to each hour.
Oh, that is so darling. Make a video!
You sure look happy in the sunshine Loulou!
Je suis heureuse!!!!! SOOOOOO happy.
Nasturtiums are certainly a versatile little plant ! Hummingbirds like them too !
They make great bouquets also.
