OOPS! Where did the day go? Mama, it’s FRIDAY!!!! 1. Mama can’t wait to have __turkey/cranberry/mayo sanswiches on Thanksgiving.(night!) She loves those sandwiches of leftovers. So do I, haha, but I’m well-fed all the time up here.
2. Our Christmas tree goes up __well, it comes in from the patio near the 20th. It’s a midget tree but I think it’s cute (I, the tuxie, speaking)
3. MAMA would like to create __a home for __all kitties who need one, but…….
4. Mama prefers to shop __online when buying ANYTHING__. We have a cool thing called DRIVE that allows orders online and then you drive to pick up the order outside the store. But we buy fresh things right here in the neighborhood.
Those “Dagwood” style sandwiches of leftovers are the best part, aren’t they?
Oui, oui, oui and mama has jut made cornbread…maybe slip a bit of that in there, too.
The Lady does mostly online shopping too. She says when she goes to the stores, they’re crowded and never have what she’s looking for. Except groceries. She goes to the store for groceries. ~Murphy
Oui, we do that, too, and our village is so little we can shop easiy on foot.
My Mom and Dad love leftovers from Thanksgiving as much as they enjoy it on “the day”……turkey sandwiches with cranberry sauce on them – oh boy. I am a non-typical guy though and have no interest in any of that stuff – crazy isn’t it?! I do like turkey flavored treats though – does that count?
Hugs, Teddy
Everything counts, dear Teddy, everything you think or do.
Thank you for these great answers. That sandwich sounds yummy. XO
It will be, it will be…
Those were good answers and we like shopping online too!
Brian’s Home
Saves a lot of footwork, gas, time, such a wonderful invention, especially during covid.
We use a grocery pickup service that is free (or else we always buy enough – maybe they would charge us if we bought less.) But we still have to carry everything in the house and put it away. But when it come to fresh items we go into the store to make our own picks.
Yes, hand-picking is what mama does but then they deliver. It’s just around the corner but things are heavy and don’t fit in a small aaddy.
It’s nearly Turkey Time – yay! Here the kitties get their own roasted turkey and the Peeps get a smoked one. Needless to say, the kitty turkey is gone LONG before the Peep turkey – MOL! Happy Thanksgiving to all.
Oh, mama’s mama got a smoked turkey too, from a guy who smoked them in Houston. SO GOOD and her mama made a mayo to go with it for sandwiches later.
