Well, I’m looking over at our neighbor’s garden and wondering why HE has so many tomatoes hanging on his vines, even if the vines have yellowed and are ready for the compost heap, and we have NO tomatoes except those little dinky baby ones that that silly Mya eats when she visits. Can you believe a doggy eating cherry tomatoes. I still can’t get over it.
And what’s THIS? My nip bed is blooming! Does that mean there will be an even bigger nip bed next year?
YAY. Maybe I should pee in there, just to sort of speed up the next batch. Mama says they need fertilizer every now and then.
Uh, oh, we DO have something growing here after all, but mama says not to eat THIS! It is a plant that has sweet little peppers to sauté in olive oil, but the first one mama picked blew her noggin right off. Can that happen on the same plant? Jalapenas maybe got into the gene pool or something? I’m steering clear of that one…
Oh, boy, we do still have some basil for our Sunday night pizza, thank heaven. Even if I do only get the mozz!
Uh, oh, more cherry tomatoes that are ripening. That means more visits from that wiggly wonder and more having to entertain her while she runs around the garden liked a crazed weasel looking for you know what.
Still, it’s nice to have something to offer your guests.
MeOWwww LouLou, you’re garden looks really great. Dat pizza sounds yummy. We know you’re gonna enjoy it. As fur peein’ on da nip, LouLou, our pee is not fertilizin’ but deadly. It’s cuz we’re carnivores and meat isn’t a fertilizer. Anyways, luv your fotos as always, Enjoy da stroll ’round. And have a great weekend.
Luv ya’

I was just funnin’, Dezi. I don’t pee on anything in the garden, believe it or not. I make a place far away and very private and THEN do it. But I’m glad to know I might be able to use that info one day, heh heh.
MOL Yeah we figgered LouLou. Unfurtunately stray kitties don’t always play by da garden rules do they. MOL

Boy, do they not! But I mind my manners in the garden. I have to help keep it healthy.
I hope you get a bumper crop of nip next year! We still have some tomatoes in the greenhouse that haven’t ripened yet. My mum has taken the leaves off because we don’t have much sun now, and hopefully more will ripen. My mum is always disappointed when she will have to start buying tomatoes again because she says nothing tastes as good as home grown.
OH, a bought tomato. Sigh…but the season is over, alas. Except for that nutty doggy, MYA!!! She eats all the windfall.
I think you should let your Mama do the watering and you do the catnip tasting 🙂
Yes, I think that would be more…hygienic.
What a lovely garden, Lou Lou. You are a lucky kitty.
Well, I am lucky and I know it, but sometimes I wish I were allowed to wander more. Mama says it’s too unsafe with cars and other cats and such.
How nice of you to think of entertaining our guests. The proceeds of your garden sound yummy, however, we think the best entertaining would be if you could share a video of her running around the garden looking like a crazed weasel.
Hey, I’ll try to catch her on the next video. You don’t, by any chance, know of a way to get a video on my blog without having to go through YouTube?
