First, begin with a good long stretch of muscles, hold 20 seconds…with yawn.

Hey, it’s time to get in shape for summer…er…spring, but summer is just after that, right?  I really have to tone up and smooth down these winter bulges that seem to show up when I’m asleep.  Otherwise I could head ’em off at the pass, haha.

Decide which leg you will work on. Not easy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

LIFT and STREEEETCH…hold 20 seconds and repeat on other leg.
