Hair today, gone tomorrow, haha.
Okay, okay, I know it is supposed to be ‘wordless’, but for some reason (hot, hot weather for one), I am shedding my coat like a crazed weasel and had to mention it and mama brushes and brushes and I must say, I am looking quite spiffy and sleek (olive oil? B12? rolling on gravel, haha?) but just how much more hair can be brushed?
And does this happen to YOU?
It seems endless…well, hairless?
Am I going to look like THIS? Uh, oh…do they make wigs for kitties?
I think I already see a resemblance…
It’s shedding season, Loulou, but I bet you won’t need a wig.
No shed! Oh, pardoner moi…I didn’t mean to use bad language but it was so perfect, haha.
Ha ha ha I don’t think you’ll ever be that hairless, Loulou. Your mama is just taking care of your beautiful coat.
Oui, and oh, boy, do I LOVE being brushed…I think mama liked it too, when she had really long hair and a friend loved to brush it. Heaven.
Oh Loulou – my Mom says she’s NEVER seen so much loose hair coming off me since – – – well FOREVER! I guess maybe some of us had extra heavy winter coats on??? Mom gets handfuls of fur out of my brush every single day…..I wonder if I’ll be a baldy too but if I do lose all my hair – I’m looking forward to cozy sweaters!
Hugs, Teddy
HEY, your mama can knit them out of your PELT!!! Mama knew a woman who put my hair in a plastic bag with holes in it for her arthritis and slept with my hair….more on that someday….
Oh LoouLou, we hope you will maintain justthe right level of having fur !
It’s that or pole-dancing for me….
Awww, we don’t think you will need a wig…you’re just making a nice new fur coat and need to make way for it to happen!
Hey, a new coat sounds cool. Can I choose the color? I’ve always wanted to try tabby.
lou lou, my mum haz bin combing me efurry cuppula dayz fur weekz now in ant-tiss-a-pay-shun ov dee hotz. lass nite while she wuz petting me on dee sofa while i made my fo-ka-sha-doe, she sez, “gidgy, yoo shure r silky!”
You do look spiffy. XO
Merci, Ms E. I like to keep up a good appearance.
Loulou, we are 99.9% sure that you’ll never end up nekkid!
Having met a few Sphinx cats over the years, I cannot say I’d never, ever have one, yet we’ll always focus on shelter kitties and adopting.
The odds of a hairless cat at a shelter is slim, just like the odds of you having all of your fur brushed off!
Maybe because they really do cost a lot! And mama finds them very exotic, but doesn’t really ever wish to actually have one around. Still, they are magical-looking.
